Great service. Would be 5 stars if not so expensive, mind you, they also sell amazing stuff. Have not yet checked out the new store.

Although I am a client, I still receive bad attitude when calling in. Can't be nice or professional, here's a tip. Don't work in customer service. It will definitely give the business a bad rep.

Great brand names at reasonable prices.

This value village has a very large selection of clothing for the entire family. The used movie selection is also larger than most of the other stores. Selection for blankets is poor I found. The electronics area is as all other stores having mostly old outdated and mismatched items not recommended at all. Overall it's a great way to stretch your dollar and meet the basic needs of a growing family.

Amazing product and service!Karren was so knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. Our patio furniture set was much better quality with far more options than boxed sets from chain stores offered yet less expensive. I would definitely recommend this store!

Bought a bed here over ten years ago and yes it's time for a new one. I still send people there , good quality products and services. The sheets and covers I got there at the time are still in great shape too. Will be seeing them again soon.

I ordered a chandelier from Bombay in West Edmonton Mall on March 16, 2018. First they told me that it will arrive in 2 months meaning by Mid May I should have got it. I did not get anything till mid Mat. I kept contacting them every two weeks since then to know when I get this finally. Every time they said to me in the next two weeks you should get it. I did not receive anything by the end of July 2018 and when I contacted them to complain about this, the seller said to me that it is their warehouse's problem and not them and I can get refunded if I want. Is not it nonprofessional to tell a customer this after 4.5 months waiting. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BOMBAY COMPANY. So you can order things from this store and wait forever not to have it. They play a game with their customers.

We went here today to get a gift for our friend's baby shower, and for the most part, the whole experience was pretty subpar. We were not approached by any of the staff for help in the roughly 1 hour we had already spent in the store. A Filipina approached us near the end of our trip, but it was too little too late. We appreciated her attempt though, and thought that she's the only one that really cared in the entire store. With the lack of assistance, we asked the cashier if we could open the soother we got and see if/how it works, as the one we chose did not have a demo unit out. She said no, which was fine, we thought, with a gift receipt our friend could just return/exchange it should any problem arise. What really left us flabbergasted was when the cashier couldn't find the barcode to scan the item and had to open the packaging to find it, as apparently the instruction manual was covering the barcode. As we were paying, we noticed the cashier was having problems putting the package back together and close it properly, so her solution was to hastily place the item in a plastic bag and hope we didn't notice. We did notice, and asked her to put the packaging back together, or we could also grab another unopened one off the shelf and take that instead. We thought the request was reasonable, but at this point, having been caught red-handed in her deception, she was completely ignoring us. By the time we got another soother off the shelf and returned to the cashier, she literally had tape in her hand and was about to just tape the bottom of box closed. She begrudgingly accepted the other box we got, and after checking that it's the same product, shoved the box towards us and handed us our receipt, sans bag this time. We found it petty that she was all too happy to place the soother in a bag in an attempt to hide that she didnt properly pack the box up properly, but after being called out, would hand us just the box and receipt in deadpan silence, as if we somehow insulted her. Sorry, but the soother isn't for us, it's for someone else, otherwise we wouldn't have cared how much you mishandled the packaging.

Very difficult to deal with staff from this location. The item I ordered from Online had been given to me in disarray; all mismatched parts in the box. The one staff member who dealt with me attempted to resolve the issue by driving out to switch a part with me but did not bring the hardware appropriate to the new part. This forced me to drive back out to their location to find out none of this had been documented and they did not have the appropriate hardware from me because "it is shipped out from Quebec". I was told to wait until 1530h when the employee would be back. No offer to be given an alternative set of hardware as their store is full of similar chairs. A third employee came out of the back to tell me that there were no parts for me in the location and I requested that I have one from the model chair on the floor. I was told to wait two minutes and he returned with some hardware. This was a simple solution that three employees looked past. No apologies were given for their incompetence. I will not be shopping here again.

Very nice staff. Show you all you options and respect your price point. Not pushy like many places and seems to have the best options and prices compared to the competitor.

Staples has everything, and then some for all your office and electronic needs. They have some really modern and funky designs so you can find products unique to your personality and needs. Great place to shop. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

This place is basically a second hand thrift store. Anything that doenst get sold there comes to this place for a second chance.. The prices are all sold by weight, so the prices are very low. The staff is also great, they're always friendly and ready to help with anything.

So, admittedly, some of the lead staff/older ladies can be a bit aloof and unfriendly... However, when it comes down to service policy and sheer selection of finer baby products and staff knowledge of products, this place is the best bang for your time-buck. We have purchased most of our bigger products here, strollers, carriers, even our toddler's "princess bed." Our baby boy will soon be needing similar things such as a bigger bed. Prices are actually competitive to Toys R Us, for similar items - definetly better prices AND selection than the few baby boutiques in town.
