Furniture

Very poor customer service with the manager very uncapasionate stuck up and rude even promised that the mattress I was getting was a serta and ha nope it's a mattress that I could by from Costco for 1/3 the price confronted her on this and all I get is a stuck up manager who cannot manage or even have some capassion towards her clients

Good service from Alina Wheeler, really helped me make the best decision for my new bed

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Professional Salah Murad, He helped us every step of the way! He wasn’t pushy at all and was very patient, and knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for I would definitely recommend!. Thank you once again for the amazing service I will be back for sure.

Used stuff is not pretty.... new stuff comes to be soo expensive what what it is worth

Whatever!!! Is all i gotta say

Great service helped out with sales and helped us get deals. Love this location always friendly and fast Varkey Joseph best sales rep I’ve met. Remembers faces and makes you feel welcome.

We had been looking months for the right sectional, found it here for 1/3 the price of other stores, it appears to be better quality as well. Time will tell!

I am very very impressed by Kevin Ma the sales representative. He gave me what he committed to customer and shwed very nice behaviour. Really he made me super happy.I gona always always recommend to my friend Nd relatives to go once at furniture superstor.....

Poor experience

Friendly and helpful staff

My experience with XL Furniture was great. I have bought other things from XL and i never had anything that wasn't great.

Super customer service and must mention our order wasn't going to g to arrive until after Christmas, we received a call from them, arranged for a loaner table for Dec 19th, delivery people were fantastic, made sure we were happy, so Merry Christmas to a great company

Very upfront, fast service, no beat around the Bush or they to sell you on more expensive products, and the demonstration the salesman showed me where he can stand on the bottom side or a dresser drawer turned upside down and not break was pretty impressive. I wasnt even purchasing a dresser but he showed me that to demonstrate how strong the wood frames are on the bed frame I was inquiring about. Very down to earth bunch of guys there.

Awesome experience! got all the furniture from them through the help of Daniel! very knowledgeable and familiar with the all products on the floor and catalogue. He responds immediately whenever we have questions on new products and gives update regularly for ordered items. We do highly recommend Revolve for the wide range of products being carried and for their great customer service!

Friendly, but not pushy, sales staff. Excellent prices in furniture that range from simple starter furniture to more elegant long-term buys. Very stylish overall. Store has a large selection of styles.

Love the style of furniture and decor that this store offers. Great prices.

The management, delivery, and sales people are the best of the bunch - they are responsive, committed, follow through without hesitation or prompting, and ensure the customer is well looked after throughout all aspects of the sale, right through to delivery! Quite simply, the best retail experience I've ever had!
