Great furniture store Davenport, IA

We live in Calgary and just couldn't find a dinning set we liked that was affordable. I luckily came across Spendid furniture and of course Asif. He made a sale to another city very easy and took care of all the details. OUT new set is gorgeous!!! Thank you Asif and we will send all our friends your way!

We bought a lot of stuff there. Bogdan was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time and they took everything in. We were told what will be assembled and what will not be so no surprises there. Love the furniture. Payed fair price.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I came in looking for a sectional and within 10 minutes they had found for me exactly what I was looking for. Brand new for a great price!

The service is excellent and friendly without being pushy. Staff are knowledgable about their products and also take the time to get to know you and your needs. I will definitely shop here again.

Best customer service and even prices. Give an extra 5% when I took a qoute for a similar product

We bought a couch and two love seats from Factory Direct and I have to say the customer service i recieved from Dean was above and beyond. I would 100% buy from them again and would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks!

For years I have had associations with Trevor, John and Al and I am always impressed with their dedication to service. That same personal service to clients continues and now they have a store filled with the most amazing and beautiful range of furniture and accessories. Well done and keep up the great work!

Very difficult to deal with staff from this location. The item I ordered from Online had been given to me in disarray; all mismatched parts in the box. The one staff member who dealt with me attempted to resolve the issue by driving out to switch a part with me but did not bring the hardware appropriate to the new part. This forced me to drive back out to their location to find out none of this had been documented and they did not have the appropriate hardware from me because "it is shipped out from Quebec". I was told to wait until 1530h when the employee would be back. No offer to be given an alternative set of hardware as their store is full of similar chairs. A third employee came out of the back to tell me that there were no parts for me in the location and I requested that I have one from the model chair on the floor. I was told to wait two minutes and he returned with some hardware. This was a simple solution that three employees looked past. No apologies were given for their incompetence. I will not be shopping here again.

Fast service and quick load up. Awesome.
