All things Italian. Excellent service and patience. Our order arrived in perfect condition : Roberto Tapinassi & Maurizio Manzoni collection. Upholstered in Missoni (ottoman) and the sofa Is in cabaret velvet (100% cotton). Padded seats, backs and armrests. Manufactured in Europe.

I bought a TV console from Rusteak and had it delivered. When Warren arrived, he immediately tried fixing the push-open door latch. He said it was because my floor was not perfectly flat so the latch would not work correctly, which to be honest, doesn't make sense at all. He hastily left without actually fixing the problem, and left it for me to fix. He told me I should try adjusting the height of the cabinet door, but turns out the latch was broken. When I tried to call them, the girl said she will have Warren return my call, but he never did. He knowingly delivered a TV console with a broken latch and left it for the customer to fix. Really disappointed in the customer service.

Great fun unique stuff reasonable prices. Good discounts if you keep an eye on things!

I cannot thank Ameet and his team enough for really coming through in a pinch. We ordered two pendants lights through a vendor who was sourcing them from Home Craft Decor, but that vendor kept messing up the order details and the delivery time frame. We needed them for an event, so there wasn't room for error in terms of delivery. I called Ameet at 5pm to see if we could get them delivered to the US the next day. He and his team made it happen and saved our event. They even had to fill out the Fedex documents for us, which they did without issue. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional, incredibly helpful and without a doubt my new go to source. Thanks again, Ameet and Team. You're the best!

The layout & selection in the store is great! The staff are friendly and helpful; Carolyn was wonderful in helping me choose my carpet. Then when I picked it up, another sales associate helped me choose cushions.

Super high quality products combine with high tech engineering. Live edge dining tables are amazing, very refine. There is only one problem. You should be a (what I call them) BsB= Bay street boy. If you don't qualify for that, don't even try this place. It's not for you.
