Payton and Jason are very helpful and knowledgeable. They keep the office bright and friendly, and truly do all that they can to address your hearing health concerns. I can trust the experience and expertise.

I went to Upstate Hearing a few weeks ago for the first time. They were very professional and very informative about the type of hearing aid that I needed. Some of the new hearings aids that the audiologist tried on me are remarkable. ( Bluetooth technology). I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Great office staff

The staff here, from the welcoming front desk personnel to the Dr.'s made a visit here comforting and relaxing. I would recommend Paradise Hearing and Balance for all your audiologic needs.

Waiting for my hearing aids

yes the place is old...but ppl are nice and stuff does work just fine....ive seen the fancy stuff and it does the same thing just costs tons more:) i was verry comfortable and got 1 on 1 service

Wonderful staff and life changing products

I can't believe what a horrible experience I just had at this office. I was referred here by Kaiser only due to a scheduling issue for a hearing test. Apparently this is a hearing aide place. I told the receptionist & the audiologist I was only there for a hearing test. But Yolanda the audiologist kept asking for information that I wasn't prepared to provide. I didn't have my medical records with me. I told her I haven't even had my MRI yet & she said & I quote "you don't need an MRI, you need a hearing aide" I said, gosh you don't need to be so rude about it & she told me, I didn't need to be so rude either. Totally unprofessional, if she can't even have control & not speak so rudely to patients maybe she doesn't need to be in a customer facing profession. Next stop is the BBB. It is unacceptable for a patient to leave in the middle of an appointment almost in tears.

Great experience at Baseline Hearing Aid Center, Dr, Rick took a personal interest in with my hearing problems, I am a disabled veteran with not only bilateral hearing loss but extreme Tinnitus. It is because of his Expertise and Professional dedication that I can honestly say the quality of my life has greatly improved! THANK YOU DR.RICK
