Very nice place for seniors. The front desk staff are awesome especially Gwen, she knows every person that walks inside the door and greets them with a nice smile. The dining room, activities area, ambience and the suites everything is a first class. Highly recommended. You can definitely call The Wesbrooke your home

I have a long time friend who has to live here due to mental illness..the staff who work here are extremely disrespectful to friends of patients one man telling me not to call HIM at this number? what call HIM this is not HIS number this is a hospital . My God what horrible staff they hang up on people just trying to visit the patients they "care" for. These people don't give a dam about their patients and it shows ..May God have mercy on you all. I wouldn't .

Dont want to tell the entire story here. I have given the 2 stars because its not zion park its the people that work there. Not all but few. Some staff/ nurses think they have been there for years so they have authority to humiliate other new comers, they think they own the place. Young people are offered positions that they have no experience and dont know how to run bussiness professionally. I hate miss use of positions showing they have power to do whatever they want. Also there has to be a proper investigation before accusing an innocent. And usually this is not done when management favours inner staff and are friends with . Total Disappointment.

I’ve worked at lighthouse for more than two years and after being in the industry for 6 years prior, it’s the first time I’ve felt so at home. It’s a hard job to do but being here makes it so much more rewarding, knowing that we are supported by amazing local ownership and a supportive resourceful home office. The residents are our first priority and the team works hard to walk with their residents through their day providing dignified care and respect. Dementia sucks and I wish we didn’t exist. But it does and we do and I’m thankful for that.

My Grandma lived here for two and a half years and thestaff were all very caring and professional. One of the nurses even came and brushed and styled her hair every day. They really do care about the people they work with. The facility looks older but is clean and well cared for plus they're building and doing lots of upgrading.

I have worked at the Astoria for 5 years now and I have loved every minute of it! The energy when you walk into the building is truly remarkable. It feels like home. The residents and my fellow team members are like friends and family to me and they never fail to brighten my day. The Astoria will forever hold a special place in my heart.
