Reception staff are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Called regarding a mutual client and the lady hung up on me and then screened my calls after stating "nothing I can do for you. bye.". Absolutely ridiculous.

My mother's been a resident at Concord since 2010 and has nothing but compliments about this fine facility. On my visits - I found the place very well kept and the staff very professional and competent in the discharge of their duties. I was also told by my mom that the kitchen staff very considerate towards specific dietary requests. The grounds are immaculately looked after and the facility located in a very nice Whiterock neighbourhood. Lastly, the administrator Holly's been a pleasure to deal with.

Its not just about the quality of the Licensed Nurses and the Registered Care Aids that care for me. Its about the owner and her office staff hearing me. I suffered 3 bad car crashes and need very high level medical, emotional and understanding support. My nurses need the x factor and the owner and her team go the extra mile to make sure I have continuity of care. my Dr wants me to have super skilled professional LPN Sukhdeep as primary carer and immensely talented LPN Navi as secondary and these guys fulfilled it. What agencies actually hear their clients like that? I am an ICBC client and know that this homecare agency puts my health and well being first. They have NEVER let me down or compromised my care. Trust them and you wont be sorry...just talk to them... Christine is my consultant here and checks in when ever I want and Lead manager Tracey is here and available in person or by phone anytime. I have no complaints and am grateful to them for keeping me alive.

The nurses are very friendly and helped me a lot during a bad time after my operation. The address for the clinic should be Orchid drive not Lougheed Highway. We could not find it at first.

Put my parent in this nursing home which was hard as she had all her marbles. Most elderly at this home do not have all there mind, so consider that before placing your loved one, because companionship is a priceless gift at that age and talking to others fill the day. This nursing home has a shortage of help. My parent was constantly told to wait. The people that do work there are very kind and caring, but they only have 2 hands and what I saw was very needy elderly living there that require a lot of care. The price of private care for this place in 2018 is $207.00 A DAY, plus every thing else is on top of that. Like medications and any special needs equipment. Please read your contract that you sign, especially the part if your loved one passes on. Finding a care home is difficult especially if your in need of one right away. Also it can take months for a loved one to settle in an adjust.

This retirement community is a popular choice for long term, White Rock locals who want to stay in their neighborhood after they are unable to live independently. We have moved several older adults into this community and the social and recreation options seems to be what they love about living the place. I find the staff to be caring and engaging. Compared to larger retirement communities the staff at WR Seniors Village seem to know the clients on an individual/ personal level which helps foster the sense of community The suites range in terms of size and layout. The pictures attached to my review show a smaller 1 bdrm unit. The patio (not shown) is modest but provides space for a person to have a chair or two for spring and summer socializing outside.

Great company with very caring and knowledgeable staff. Helped my aunt during her final days on this earth. It was so nice and reassuring that the staff enjoyed their place of work and it showed in how loving and caring they were to my aunt. Will definitely use this company when it's time to look for home care support for my mom and dad. I've recommended to my family and friends as well. Keep treating your staff great and do what you're doing! Highly respected, thank you
