Great retirement residence, good fun, laughs, lots to do. Great food and wonderful service and staff. The absolute best place for my parents. They love it!

We have been using Care on Call to provide companionship and care for my mother for about 2 years in Vancouver and now in White Rock (they have a new office in five corners). They have been very helpful and the caregivers are pleasant, kind and competent. They looked after her needs by helping her shower, made the bed, tidied up, laundry, made her eat, and helped her to bed at night. Hi, we've been here for almost two months and are very impressed.Management very approachable and the menu in the dining room is excellent.Before our commitment to Chartwell we did our research on what other Rest Homes had to offer.After being at Chartwell for two months we know we made the right choice. My dear mother is at Hilton Villa. The staff, accommodations, and facilities are extrememly good. The staff especially treats everyone with incredible care and compassion. I live all the way in east coast but everytime I visit my mom she is happy and loves Hilton Villa. That more than enough proof for me.

My mother went in at the end of January 2018 after spending 5 weeks in hospital. We had little hope she would make it a month. Because of all the staff from the maintenance, housekeeping, nursing, doctors at Cherington she is thriving. Going out on outings, eating 3 good meals a day. Staff so friendly and caring. They have given her a new lease. She is 94 and doing great. Thank you to everyone at Cherinton place for everything.
