My mom has been a resident at Normanna for a few years as an Alzheimer's resident and now my dad has recently become a resident as well. The staff are exceptional and the residents are well cared for in a clean and compassionate environment. This care facility consistently exceeds expectations.

We have a 5 month old with special needs. She gets 12 hours 7 days a week. Psa does not have the staff for this. The nurses either don’t show up or show up late 80% of the time. They also will work whatever shift they want not what you ask. I had one amazing nurse for my daughter and psa moved her to a higher ranking family in the army. We get nurses maybe 4 out of the 7 days and it’s not 12 hours a day. They never have a set schedule. We have no nursing today and now having to look for a new company for our daughter. Please save yourself the time and the headache of this company.

Most people are nice.

My dad needs a minder 24/7 due to several medical issues including dementia and fall risk. One day we needed someone to stay with him for a few hours to ensure his safety and I contacted Nurse Tree. We set up a care plan after a detailed assessment, and they were also able to find someone who could speak Cantonese since dad's English is limited. The caregiver was a very professional and personable; she followed the care plan and dad was clean and comfortable when we came home. I will contact Nurse Tree again when we need help in the future and I highly recommend Nurse Tree to anyone who needs help at home.

The love and care in this facility make up for short comings. Thank you staff we love you..you made my mother's last month of life meaningful.

Caring and compassionate staff made my mom comfortable from the day she arrived till the last day. Although her stay way short but knowing mom was well taken cared off was a great relief.

A group of professional and kind members who helped me and my family a lot. The most important benefit of them was their awesome responsibility. They do the task even better than a family member. Thank you all.
