Great rooms clean n well kept. Has frige n micro. In each room

Poor staff experience. Moldy. Cockroach critters present. Sheets seem gross. Doors are broken. Locks are broken. Expensive. Just not worth the trip. The setting paints a unsettling picture. More of a place to do some illegal activity than to sleep overnight. 0 stars if possible.

Hotel appeared cheap and broken until you entered your room, the rooms are very nice. Construction however began at 7 am and woke everyone up. Not nice.

Worst place I ever checking,I never write a bad reviews but today I will do it just to warn people.room are dirty, I have spend 2 night because I was trying to find a cheap place ,but that was the biggest mistake that I will never going to forget ,I swear I regretted booking that place is been 2 days since I check out but my body still itching from sleeping into that nasty bed ,sheet,blankets,floor,wall, were so dirty, the other room next to my was playing loud music i couldn't sleep all night .i highly recommend to shut down that place. they are ripping of people .even 1 star they dont deserve it

Nice place I love it

Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Don't expect bells and whistles. The rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. It is located on Dundas St. west of the 427 highway. I would definitely stay there again. Bathrooms are clean and everything is in working order.

Gas bar attendant was the front desk for the motel and the motel was secondary. The toilet never stopped running and they never came to look at it.

An average place to stay, reasonable prices and facilities. Location is good but not much of a family place to stay.

Bare basic place to crash, don't look for amenities but airconditioner is freezing cold.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Meridian with DelSuites. I agree that Meridian is a nice building in a really good location. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We may mention that Anna, the housekeeping lady, was always kind, helpful and hard-working. We were very satisfied with the service. I also would like to thank you for your professionalism during our stay. Problems can happen but how you approach them makes the difference. You and other DelSuites people have always been courteous and helpful. Hence, our concerns have always been resolved satisfactorily. Thank you.

Decent price. Clean. Took a while to figure out how the curtains closed - as other reviews say - but I felt really dumb once we figured it out. Quiet - we had a room that the door was outside and not in a hallway. It was peaceful really. Simple check in and out - BUT I had told the front desk guy NOT to charge my room to my card, it was just for the security deposit hold as I needed the card to pay for the uber so I was paying cash for the hotel. He 'held' the entire room fee anyways on the card. So the $125 for the room and the $100 deposit were held on my card which was annoying. When checking out the next day I again said I was paying cash for the room and instead he just charged my credit card for it and said I was all paid. I wasn't impressed with that.

Amazing motel for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great rates. Smoking rooms are available and aren't gross or neglected. This is *not* a dirty dive motel, it's a cute and simple spot to stay without spending a fortune. Close to the lake and the Go Train for easy access to Toronto (around 30 mins by train). Highly recommended for travellers looking to save. Low-lifes look elsewhere, the owners don't tolerate shadiness. Definitely will stay here on future visits to Toronto.

Stayed for a night for warped tour. Decent sized mini fridge and microwave en suite as well as easily accessible showers and close to amenities

For the sake of the people who live here - fix this place!

Pretty Good Hotel, stayed here because I was flying out the next morning. Room was a little pricey but it was booked by my work. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Shuttle runs every 30 min.

Free parking, easy access to the highway, fast check in with friendly staff. The room was very modern with a fridge! Nice update grades to the hotel and room service was fast and great. Thanks!

Beautiful hotel. Clean, courteous. The main lobby has a gift shop, Starbucks, an airport shuttle, a spa, restaurant, fitness center, pool and hot tub. We are still staying another night but so far, it has been great.
