Kind of upset with the service I received today. I came in maybe two or three weeks ago for my fiance's wedding ring and had some of the best service ive ever recieved at a jewelry store. Our visit was filled with funny stories, she helped us understand different materials and how they can be sized or can't be, she helped us not only save hundreds but also in a way that would help our credit. Needless to say this girl deserves a raise, she was amazing! So now here we are today and I go to pick up the ring for my fiance. Things went well, I got his ring but I was taken care of by a completely different person and that didnt go so well. The ring was perfect, perfect fit, and put a huge smile on my face. Well that nudged me to shop for a ring for my step daughter and friend, i still had funds available and since his ring turned out so nice why not? Well the lady now taking care of me this time was not very talkative and strictly business. This was a completely different visit then last time. I found a lot of rings I loved and in my price range but I was missing the opinion of the person i was getting it for so I was thinking of just coming back next weekend. As soon as I said those words the glass was closed locked and she was on to talking to the next customer as if I was never there. I was not done looking..I had questions..I wanted to look at necklaces for myself for the wedding and yet because I wanted to wait until Saturday for the ring i was looking at and not making a instant buy i was thrown aside. Complete disrespect on her side. I'm glad I already got his wedding ring and I can wipe my hands of this place now. I WILL NOT be buying anything else from here. Today lost my business completely.

This store needs a serious training session (multiple) on how to work in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. They need to learn to: 1. Greet when I customer walks in. 2. Keep personal conversations to a minimum and also know how to use an INDOOR voice. 3. Offer assistance instead of standing behind the cash wrap like a mannequin. Company needs to have a conversation with Ashley (which is a name I overheard as a staff member screamed when she walked in) and teach her proper etiquette when working in a retail environment. Would give zero stars if possible.

Don't do on-site jewellery repair, couldn't even do a watch battery

I always fined something for my wife! That is a good thing!

Answered phone quickly, answered questions I had on phone and in person. Repairs and new available items. Store parking on street.

Salespeople are VERY helpful. Unfortunately, I've ADHD and it took me well over an hour to select my purchases. The salesman NEVER hurried me and was EXTREMELY PATIENT! I highly recommend. I won't shop anywhere else! Their online prices are cheaper than popular dept. stores, and their merchandise is of higher quality. As for the previous comment by the gentleman, I know from experience that a lot of appraisals MAY vary according to the jeweler. Maybe the previous store was stating wholesale value contrary to the first appraisal, which was probably stating retail value. Just an opinion of course ;-)

I bought my son a watch for graduation at a big retail store. It needed a few links take out for sizing, so I called the store that I bought it from to be told that they don't do that. So I did a google search for watch repair and found Emigh Jewelry. I took my son's watch in and they did it right there in a short amount of time and the BEST part was they didn't charge me anything to do it! Thank you, Emigh Jewelry!

Just ask for Sandy or Laura. They will literally do whatever they can to help you & get you exactly what you want. Request the designer/jeweler, Onnig, for repairs or redesigning. Talk about someone who loves his job AND KNOWS what he's doing! The main sales girl is always sweet. I can't remember her name but she's gorgeous, lol, & she's been there for years. Thank you Sandy, Laura & Onnig for everything you did to fix & take care of my ring....

I went to get my ring resized here, & everyone I spoke to were SUPER nice & helpful. They also got my ring done sooner than I thought & it turned out absolutely beautiful! I'd recommend them to anyone!!

Great people to do business with

I was here about a year ago , and not very pleased with my item ... costumer service was great but the jewlery sucks . My ring has black all around it and a broken band . I’ve taken it in at least 5 times within 14 weeks of having it to get it cleaned and or fixed ... which is ridiculous . I’d upload a picture but for some reason it’s not giving me an option to do so from my Phone .... I would not recommend this place !

I had my double piercing here, and it was amazing! The jewelry was nice, and the 2 ladies who were working there were very nice!
