Sadly doesn't even deserve a 1-star review. This store will only sell what they have right in front of them, and they are extremely pushy about ordering online. Why have a store if you wont sell whats inside? The staff will not order anything in for you and trying to get basic questions answered is like pulling teeth..

Did not find the clerk very helpful. Was excited to ad a new piece and when ask about pieces her comments were " whatever your preference Is ". Felt I was taking up her time.

I took my Ring here to be sized. It was purchased from Cambridge centre, but living in kitchener I decided to go to Fairview to save myself some time. HUGE MISTAKE! I got my ring back and within a month the band had snapped in three places. I decided to take it to my jewellery place and have them take a look at it. My ring is a 1.5 crt princess cut and they sized my ring using the wrong method. Not only did the process they used cause my band to break at the centre on the palm of my hand, but they actually damaged the prongs that held my stones into the setting. All warranty was voided by Micheal Hill because I had someone else LOOK at my ring. I have never been so disappointed in a store, and the poor workmanship they provided. My ring is worth $4000 and because of their lack of care with it I almost lost my stones. I have many, many items from Michael Hill, but I will never buy from them again. You get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money going into these franchise stores. Save your money and go to a real jeweller who puts care into their work. Who uses good materials and actually cares enough to make sure you’re happy. The difference being these box stores make everything in bulk, nothing is handcrafted. It’s all quantities not quality. Micheal Hill did nothing to try to fix my issue. I took my ring to my jeweller and paid for the ring to be repaired. My $4000 ring just cost me another $800 to have it fixed because of the incompetence of your company. It’s a shame you don’t care more about your customers, and the investments we make in purchasing what we are told are high quality items.

Amazing store amazing staff. They go way above and beyond for their customers. I was in twice today and they helped me solve my problem I am a very happy customer and will return in the future. They are the only store I will buy games or gaming system from.

my daughters was looking to buy earring for the other sister on her birthday . look every wear it was very hard to get something within their budget finally we went to silver jewellery they found so many earrings to choose from and all was even less than their budget so we bought it and they did rape it very profisinaly for us and every one was happy . the store was in Kitchener. thank you for making it easy for my daughters to find what they want . for next time that is where we go first .

Very friendly and helpful service from Tony. I have bought from them only several times over the last 5 years but his service has been consistent. They even made a custom casting of a cufflink for me.
