I needed alot of work done on my wedding ring and the jeweler was very kind and understanding with all my concerns and promptly did all the repairs needed and it looked brand new....Thank you so much ...great job and very resposibly priced, I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family !!!!

EDIT - cant even reach them via phone to see if my ring has arrived back yet. Ridiculous! Not very happy. Dropped my ring off last Tuesday to be sized. They send them away on mondays and get back on fridays. This Friday being a holiday. I now wont see my ring until the 9th. That's over 3 weeks! Ridiculous.

Yesterday I visited your store in the Lansdowne Mall and was disappointed with the service experience I received. This week being Valentine's I went in to look at a piece of jewelry I wanted but was surprised that it took at least 4-5 minutes to even be acknowledged! There were 3 associates in, it was approx. 12:00, one lady was with a customer, the other putting a necklace away and the 3rd in the corner on her cell phone texting. Just as I was about to walk out, the associate who was putting the jewelry away approached me and asked if I needed assistance. At that point, I wanted to say no but I was very interested in the one particular piece so I stayed. During the time the piece was presented and the particulars were discussed, I never once felt appreciated for coming in to do business in your store. So I thanked the lady and left. As I walked to the other side of the Mall to Charm, I began to stew about how I was treated and wondered if I didn't have my snow boots and coat on if I would have been treated differently, I may try that just to see if there is a difference...maybe not. The staff at Charm were very inviting and pleasant to deal with, had the exact same piece that I was looking to purchase and it was then I decided, they want my business, made me feel happy about the purchase and therefore I will buy from them. Since I myself am in the Customer Service business, I felt that I should share my experience with you so that you can take a look at your practices and perhaps make some positive change in your store. I would..it cost a sale, a customer and a review for the lack of smile and professionalism.

I am dissatisfied with the service I received. I took my family heirloom ring to be fixed twice within the span of a couple months. Shortly after the second repair, one of the stones fell out! I emailed immediately to have things resolved. I received no response. Here is the email I sent. Dear Twain my name is ______ I recently had you repair a ring for me and it has broken. Normally this would not bother me but it is the second time I have had you repair this ring in the last 4 months and the last repair was less than a month ago and now it is missing stones. Now I usually do not have a problem with the service I received from you but this is completely unacceptable. This ring is an heirloom of my family and for one of the stones to fall out within a month of you doing work on it to repair the band is more than a coincidence. I am unfortunately in the states for the next month-and-a-half at least but would like to sit down with a manager to discuss how we are going to go about repairing my ring properly when I return. Attached you will find photos of the ring in question if you require anything further from me please do not hesitate to email and I will do my best to accommodate.

Staff always go out of their way to be helpful, are engaging and well-trained. Prices are great and the quality of the clothing is excellent. Very consistent fit in all products makes it easy to grab the right size.
