Took my 1500 dollar watch in for repair because it was running slow... after 7 weeks I called to see when it would be finished. They forgot to call me had been sitting for 2 weeks. Got it back and the crystal face had a huge chip. Back in. After a couple weeks I got it back... paid 267 dollars to find out it still ran slow. Back in again. Several weeks later I got it back and the main clock STILL ran slow and now one of the world clocks also ran slow. They said they could make no guarantees about the world clock so I asked for a
refund. Months of back and forth and my watch is now worse than when I brought it to them.

Wonderful. I'll never go to a chain jewelry store ever again. They fixed my engagement ring when charmed wouldn't honor their lifetime warrantee on a diamond I had planned to pass onto my daughter someday. Then for free they cleaned and fixed the rest of my jewelry.
