Stood in the store for 20 minutes before i had to ask the store manager for service. after i comained about bad service i suddenly had 3 employees helping me. Definetly will not return. 0 stars if i could rate

Very nosey and unprofessional salespeople.

Every time I come here they are closed. It says they are open until 9pm but I come here at like 6 or 7 and they are already closed. Avoid this location so you dont waste your time

I ordered rings for my wife and I through here a couple of years ago, and they remain one of the best companies I've ever dealt with in terms of their product and service. Very pleased with my new Nygard slim high-waisted knit denim Jean pants; the material is excellent quality and they fit like a glove. Usually wear a small...only wish I had bought size medium..... Next time.....Very well constructed. An excellent pant for the price!

When we moved out of province, we spoke to the owner about keeping the warrenty valid and he was happy to help and give us information on how to do so. I definitely reccommend shopping here.. they really care about their customers.

My husband had bought my ring with warranty which they said he didn't, they would not call the store he bought the ring from to confirm, so I had to. After that was sorted out the manager was assisting me to send my ring off to be resized. To be blunt her customer service was nothing short of abysmal. She is very rude and condescending. I will be taking my business to Charm next time.

Just collected my redesigned and reset diamond engagement ring that had been damaged beyond repair. Stunning! Highly recommended, Jo creates the most gorgeous jewellery, worth a visit to treat yourself or to redesign something new from something old.
