Love this place. Always friendly. I am allergic to lots of jewelry specially fake and plated ones so mine are little pricey but good quality. And anytime I need a fix its done quickly and cleaning is free!! Thank you!!

Kays (ASHTABULA store in particular) is second to none! I've never been to a jewelry store where the manager and staff actually go out of there way to give you the best deal possible, even after the deal is done! You have a customer for life here.. thanks

Great little store

Would give zero if I could! Zero because the product never came. I ordered some living lockets over a month ago and despite leaving numerous messages and sending emails, no reply at all. Nothing. Not a "it is running late" or "its been shipped" or really any explanation would have been better than being ignored. Thankfully, I can get a refund through visa but at this time of the year, I would have rather had the product. Based on the other review, it sounds like the product is shoddy so I probably dodged a bullet. I wanted to support a Canadian business but these guys are working part-time out of their garage with no supplies and zero customer service. STAY AWAY!

I just went and ask today a sales lady ( middle aged or maybe older) she's working side-by-side w/ younger lady. I asked if I could have my ring clean even though I purchased it from another location. She just gave me a "cold" nod. Didn't show much interest in me so I just left without saying thank you, I believed she doesnt deserved my acknowledgement neither since she was plainly rude the way she handled my inquiries. She works at a customer service business and if she's going to treat people the way she treats me then she doesn't belong there. Bragging aside, my husband purchased a $3,000 dollars set of ring for me and I needed it clean to make it more shiny again. I have a lifetime warranty for it. If this is the way shes going to treat me again then I will talk to the manager straight and hopefully I will be treated more humanly.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My husband and I worked with Patricia. She is absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with every little detail when buying my ring.

WOW....what can I say. I went in last week to pick out a few things for my wife's Christmas gifts. Cassie was amazing to work with. Even thou I spent more then I was planning too.... LOL....it was well worth it! My wife was extremely happy with Cassie choices in bracelet and the charms. Happy wife means happy life. Thank you Cassie.

Extremely loved my experience at this jewellery! I bought a watch but I didn't know wich one to take, the staff kept those 2 watches for me and told : take the night to think about it and come back tomorrow. Very professional and understanding people, Thank you Lynn!!

Was quoted $65 to size a ring then it ended up being $150 I would not recommend anyone go here
