We went to a great 3 year olds birthday party here. They did a little class for the kids that kept them engaged. They also have kids ninja classes, open gym and other classes. Our toddler loves the open gym for climbing on blocks, swinging on bars and jumping off boxes.

First of all the martial arts styles are great - I've found the combination of bagua and zhaquan is perfect for both health and self defense. And John is a teacher, tailoring your training to your needs. I always leave class feeling more energized and confident than when I came. I've also made great strides in my sparring technique. John is passionate about teaching kungfu, and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the world of martial arts, and we're lucky to have him here in Vancouver.

I LOVE 30 Min Hit. The ladies at the Vernon location are AH-MAZING!! The workout is always challenging, the trainers are always there to push me to do my best and hardest workout, they're inspiring and encouraging every single time. This year they added more hours and are open on Tues and Thurs mornings which is awesome! The extra hours help a lot when you're doing shift work. Love this place and the people in it!! They make their best effort to support you to make your best effort :)
