Rob and Tina pay close personal attention to the development of everyone who comes in. This has been a great place for me to improve fitness and lose weight while learning Martial Arts. I have two daughters who also attend classes. Both of them are getting stronger and more confident as a result of the training they receive. The guest instructors are excellent and the other students also help to make it a great environment. Scholar Warrior MMA is an excellent value and we are super glad we found this place!

I'm 49 years old. I've been trying different diets and strategies to lose weight for years. A friend of mine has been going for weekly personal training sessions with Ash at Flo Fitness for a couple of years. He recommended I try it. I was really hesitant. I'm not at all fit and find going to the gym intimidating because I don't know how to use most of the equipment and I've never experienced personal training. I started two weeks ago and I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Ash is a kind, patient and motivating coach. He has the ability to push me to do workouts I've never imagined I could do. He sets realistic goals for me based on my fitness level and holds me accountable for achieving them. He's training me how to use the equipment properly to get the optimal workout and to avoid injury. The martial arts kick boxing workouts are fun and exhausting. I actually look forward to going to my training sessions. I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks! My goal is 70 lbs by July. I have no doubt I'll make it because I'm no longer trying to do it alone. I now have a knowledgeable professional in my corner. I've seen members of all fitness levels. They even have classes for kids. I highly recommend this gym.

This school has so much to offer, no matter what age or fitness level you are. I've been a student here since 2003 and have kept coming back because the instructors truly care about their students. They aren't concerned with money or getting people on contacts. They are only concerned with the development and betterment of their students. You have a variety of martial arts skills taught here that you'll never get bored with what you're learning. It's a great place to learn traditional martial arts (not MMA) which means learning self-discipline, self-esteem and self-defense. Definitely check them out!

Excellent school “Dojang” My 6 your daughter has been going here twice a week for almost 2 months and loves it. In addition to top rate instruction, she is being exposed to discipline and lessons of respect that sadly are not present in school. I am happy to have found this school and even happier for my daughter who will now have skills to hopefully last her a lifetime.

There are so many things I love about CMA. The instructors have great instincts for reaching the younger students and making sure they get the most out of class. The approach is often humorous, always gentle, very consistent, and firm enough to help instill those important life lessons. This month we're learning about sportsmanship, how using kind words and following the rules keeps competition fun and safe for everyone. Master Kristin Miller is a great role model for all little girls. Instructors Sanjin and Theodore are a great team to lead classes for all age ranges. Highly recommend.

We brought my quit, shy, timid son in order to help him build his confidence up. The very first day... he cried, but Master Cho was so patient and encouraging that I knew he'd be okay. Almost 6 months later my son loves to come to class! He has grown so much in his confidence that I know this was the best choice to make. Master Cho is great with the kids, knows how to personalize his instruction to each child's personality, and you can tell Taekwondo is his life's passion! Price is very reasonable, and the quality of the instructors are worth much more! Highly recommend!!!!

From the minute I walked into Dominion a little over three years ago I could tell that this was not an ordinary martial arts facility. One of the many aspects about Dominion that separates itself from other facilities is their commitment to not only develop the physical, but the mental, and emotional sides of the individual. When this happens, lives change. Dominion members have had a positive impact not only locally, but in other areas of the world as well. From Honduras, Peru, to the greater Chicagoland area Dominion strives for the betterment of mankind, by developing and impacting the younger generation. Personally, I have seen changes not only in myself but in my son as well. My son has grown-up since he started and I couldn’t be more proud. He has developed strong leadership traits that transcends Dominion and has had an impact in his school. I have received messages from his teachers commenting on how his classmates look up to him as well as how he is respectful, and caring towards all other students in this class. Not to be forgotten is his physical achievements since starting at Dominion. He has been part of the Competition Team and the Black Belt Club and over the past two years he has earned several medals at grappling competitions, and most recently a first place finish in his division. If you are looking for a martial arts facility that will positively impact your physical, mental, and emotional being then Dominion is the place you need to join. If you are looking for a martial arts facility to either introduce you to the world of mixed martial arts, or take your already existing game to the next level then Dominion is the place for you. Short review: Terrible instructors, too expensive My son started taking classes at a different location a few years ago. This was back when it was owned by Master Cheon. Quite recently, the business was sold to the current owner, Baek. Since then, the quality of classes has gone down drastically. This summer, the previous instructor that used to teach all the classes left. His replacement? High schoolers. This went as badly as it sounds. Classes lacked structure and half the time my son was doing push-ups while the "instructor" was on his phone. If I'm paying $200 a month, shouldn't my kid actually learn martial arts?

It was exactly what I needed. Master Robert and staff is patient and knowledgeable. The discipline and training is awesome, I started for exercise and now I'm in it because of the art. I like the aggressive nature in the joint locks and power breaks anyone can do this it is empowering to know that I will never be a victim! Don't forget to ask about the other disciplines they offer. They are very family orientated, I like that especially in this day and age. With Always RESPECT!

The Greeley Kwoon is a wonderful place to train. You will be challenged to push your limits and find that you really have no limits. You will be pushed to always do your best and keep pushing towards whatever goals you have in life and training. We are a family and always take care of one another and will never let another fail, so whatever your goal, come try it out and push your boundaries!
