ATA Martial Arts in Leavenworth has exceeded my expectations. My 5 year old is not only learning tae kwon do, but valuable lessons in respect, self-discipline, and personal safety. She's only been participating for about 2 months, but already I've noticed a difference at home -- when I ask her to do something she will now spontaneously say, "Yes ma'am" rather than argue with me. Mr. Banks and Mr. Goff are wonderful with the kids and have excellent classroom management skills (as is needed with any group of 4-6 year olds). I truly believe that kids of any age can benefit from martial arts training, and there is no better place to learn than ATA Martial Arts in Leavenworth.

At Ng Family Martial Arts you will find that Sifu Sam and Phillip Ng are outstanding teachers with great instructors that provide applicable traditional martial arts training/instruction in Choy Lay Fut and Ving Tsun.

I took a demo class from Shi Fu Wayne Hinton several years ago at a friend of mines church in Arvada and really liked it mostly because of Waynes easy going nature and humble but powerfull mind and spirit. At that time I did not have time to take classes but man I wanted too. Recently with a little extra time on my side I reconnected with Wayne and began private one on ones. I wanted to take at least a couple of classes before writing a positive review. Wayne's depth of knowledge of martial arts is supreme combined with his ease of sharing his knowledge and wisdom makes him an awesome martial arts Master for me to learn from and I drive all the way from Brighton.

Five stars doesn't begin to describe MAC. One can grade a school because of credentials and a stunningly well laid out fancy dojo. This school has them too. World championships, etc. It does no good to be influenced by school trophies, awards and proclamations. Believing boastful reviews when selecting a karate school can be misleading. The best school that focuses on these credentials rarely can transform those successes into GOOD students in the genuine manner Martial Arts Center does. As a former student of this school, I decided to attend a class after a 16 years hiatus. I was immediately greeted not by the owner, but by fellow students who demonstrated immense pride, humility and fellowship. This is the heart of Joe Hurtsellers school. Martial Art Center is teaming with discipline and fellowship who want to contribute more to their lives and help others. It's truly communal. You may think this doesn't sound like a killer karate school? I can assure you, these students and instructors are fierce and excellent in the martial arts. But what they have that other schools do not have is humanity. It's one thing to walk out of a class feeling physically satisfied. It's another to walk out feeling nourished deep in your soul too. If you want a once in a lifetime experience, come here. You will fall in love as soon as you take your first step in the door. I sure did.

North Royalton Martial Arts is AMAZING!! My daughter has been involved with them for a little over a year now and she has more self confidence and self discipline than ever! The instructors do a fantastic job with all the kids and I have seen some unbelievable Jr instructors that are such an inspiration to my daughter. She is not only getting physical activity but she is also learning necessary life lessons for dealing with bullies at school and stranger danger. I want to be able to give my child all the education and tools she needs to survive and get through life with as little struggle as possible. The program offered at North Royalton Martial Arts does just that. This wasn't the first Martial Arts school I looked at and it's definitely not the closest to where I live. I looked at 5 or 6 places before finding this one. The difference in atmosphere and the staff is phenomenal! From the moment I walked into this dojo I could feel a difference. Being here for over a year now, This has become like a second family to us. This experience has been life changing for my daughter and I will continue to watch her grow mentally, physically and emotionally as she continues to be inspired by her leaders. I can't say enough positive things about this place!!

Darimar is very well staffed and they teach you a lot of techniques.

People are great but don't buy anything from them. It's criminal what they charge. The same sparing gear they use and purchased from them cost $199 and compared to Amazon or anywhere else for the matter less than $50. This place is a money pit. Be prepared.

Wonderful dojo for my wife and son to attend. They have really nice instructors and a really nice studio. A must for anyone wanting to learn martial arts.
