I have studied in a few different schools, under various techers, but none has ever come close to sifu! The class here is real friendly, and really a great training and learning environment. I love it here!

I wrestled in high school and was looking for a gym to get my son’s into a more active lifestyle. I personally went and took the introductory class at Creighton MMA for Jiu-Jitsu and also the one for MMA. Both classes were fantastic and pushed me to my limits, and the instructors were very personable. We enrolled our oldest son in the kid’s program because he was really quiet and afraid of trying new things. The instructors in the kids program worked one on one with him his first day because they saw how afraid he was. Over the last couple years I have had the opportunity to watch both of my sons grow both physically and emotionally due to the training they have received at Creighton MMA. Paul has really built a great gym and the instructors are phenomenal. I wouldn’t take my sons anywhere else. I look forward to the day when I get enough time to start training at Creighton MMA. Go check them out. You will be impressed.

My teen son wanted to do some marital arts, but did not want to do fighting style. Luckily, we found Sensei Tom and aikido. He is calm, and teaches in a relaxed manor. He teaches how to use balance and momentum to defend oneself. It's a good mix of stretching and physical training. There are classes for children, women, and teens and adults are in one class. They also have yoga classes with Sensei Cindy. It's conveniently located to Otis Orchards, Liberty Lake, and Post Falls.

The level of training that I'm receiving is outstanding. Since 2019, I've done kickboxing classes as an adult and couldn't be happier. I'm being challenged, but also shown patience in learning technique. Every trainer has made me feel very comfortable and worthy of their time and attention. I began my martial arts training in the art of Taekwondo with Master Jerry Sponseller over 15 years ago. It is thanks to Master Sponseller that I am the martial artist that I am today. He was a champion competitor in his younger days, and is a wonderful teacher now. He is absolutely wonderful with children and is an inspiration to keep training.

Master Andrew and all the instructors are very professional, dedicated and passionate about taekwondo. Team eagles is the best! My kids are so lucky to be part of this family!

We attend the classes for 4-year-olds, and my son LOVES "karate." Their simple, routined structure has created a great safe space for my little man. Sifu Mike clearly puts his heart and soul into his company, keeping parents and students updated and in the loop, and Miss Heidi has become a friend. They make the experience very personal! My one complaint would have been that the location is a little dingy, for lack of better words, but they are renovating and it looks so great. Well done 4GK!

Excellent school, attentive professional teachers!

I'd wanted to get into some sort of martial arts for a little while, but had put it off because I thought there'd be a lot of pissing contests and egos. CJJ couldn't be farther from that. I've been to four classes so far, and everyone's been very welcoming and very willing to teach and help me learn. It's a great environment. Highly recommend.

My son takes karate here and he loves coming to class every time! The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and courteous. BRMAA teaches more than just karate moves - they teach social skills like respect, responsibility, and charity and life skills - how to focus, and physical skills - like balance and exercise.

This is one of the most impressive shows of skill, knowledge, and over all spirt I've ever seen in any instructive course. This is not just a lifeless karate class, and that's obvious just from a 1 minute video.

My son is 5 years old and he absolutely loves his karate class with impact martial arts. Mr. Jordan is an amazing instructor. He keeps the kids motivated and teach them discipline and respect while having a blast in a fun class. They offer classes every day for 30 minutes which makes it super convenient for working moms. They also offer you the choice to workout next door at impact strong while your kid is in class. I have tried so many different studios and activities for my son and this place is for sure one of a kind. I highly recommend it.

Training with Scott for the first time was an eye-opening experience that lit a flame within me and sparked a passion for the sport and desire to continue training. Scott is a very knowledgeable, technical coach who will guide you every step of the way. His love for jiu-jitsu is abundantly obvious and demonstrated through his coaching, training style, and overall presentation of the gym. I highly recommend Silverback BJJ to anyone interested in trying something new or continuing in the sport and looking for a great place to roll.
