Pet

We have had the pleasure of leaving our two guinea pigs with Paskapoo Pet Services on a few weeks this summer. The boys are always well cared for and I have seen the meals prepared for them and the other animals too. I would suggest them to anyone looking to have their animals kept as they will be well taken care of.

Walked in with no appointment, My puppy's nails were trimmed for $10 in less than 5 minutes. I thought she was very quick and good. I plan to keep going back.

Always clean and the staff are extremely helpful. My favorite pet store for sure!

This has taken me forever but I just wanted to make sure this was known to everyone. My fiancee was out of town and I realized last minute that my dogs had no food - I know bad mom. The bag of dog food was huge and the girls at the store offered to deliver to dog food to me. I mean look at that.. this is going above and beyond for their customers in need. I cannot thank them enough for saving me that time and they will be my preferred pet store for life! Thanks ladies and again I am so sorry it took so long to do this!

This is my go to place for all my pet supplies. The staff have been very helpful and they have a great selection of products. I found a slip lead that was $15.00 cheaper at this Pet Value than at their competitors... a significant difference. Great place for all your pet needs!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable employees. Pricing and selection are much better than the big chain stores. I’m very impressed with the items I was able to purchase for my paludarium.

Super friendlySuper friendly staff, that are knowledgeable about their products and pet needs. The store is pet friendly, very clean and well organized with a good selection of food, toys and accessories. It is our families favorite place to shop for our animal. staff that are knowledgble

One of my favourite Petlands to visit! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The only thing that concerned me was the state of the "playroom" for the cat. The floor and toys seemed very dirty, but I chalked it up to it was likely close to the end of the play session, where it would be cleaned afterwards.

Good pet store, lots of great merchandise for pets of all kinds, fair pricing and friendly staff. Dog friendly as well.

Dear Cheong-Min Baek, I have lost the email account for the google page, so I could not log in. I am hoping you would read this by me leaving another review. I am so sorry to offend your feeling. I am very good with scissors and dogs and groom many "wigglebums" but I am clearly lacking human skill. When I was going to assign "a new groomer" to your dogs, you became worried. "A new groomer" to us but she has been grooming for more than 5 years at other salons, and she is a very enthusiastic and patient groomer and has done many feisty or nervous dogs since she joined us. I was just trying to make you feel a bit lighter because most groomers actually don't hurt dogs, that is why I invited you to come take a look at our salon. We are dog groomers because we care for dogs. There are many hard working skilled groomers in this town, and we communicate with each others well between salons. Sounds like you found a good place, and I wish you very best in this town. Again, I am truly sorry for not able to make you feel comfortable with us. Sincerely, May

Love brining the kids here, open concept of handling animals is nice. Cat play room, decent options for starter fish, good food brands, prices are competitive. Washrooms have change tables, they offer birthdays for a decent price. Lots of parking Staff are nice We will keep shopping here and visiting

Great customer service! Everyone was open to help and staff are always in a cheerful mood when I'm there which says a lot.

Debbie is the best groomer! My poodle loves her, which you can’t imagine how much this means to me, Debbie always does a beautiful job, my poodle is 11 and we have been with Keidun for 7 yrs Thanks so much Debbie 🤗

They Did a wonderful job on my puppy

I've been a loyal shopper at pet valu for over 5 years. I've never experienced such horrible service as have today! I purchased clearance winter boots for my dog at the Rabbit Hill location and was told if they didn't fit, I was able to return or exchange for another pair. I confirmed they were able to exchange or return the boots, which they did confirm. Unfortunately, they did not fit my dog properly and kept falling off. As I live closer to the Emerald Hills location, I went there today to exchange the boots and was told they couldn't return the boots and if I wanted to exchange them, I would have to pay the difference. The woman seemed less then enthusiastic to even help me and also seemed annoyed that I was asking to exchange the boots. So I ended up leaving with the boots that don't fit my dog, which will now sit in my house collecting dust and I will never shop at pet valu again due to this experience. I understand there are polices to follow but given that I have a long history with pet valu, they should be able to make exceptions. I worked in retail for over ten years and have made exceptions many times, when it was passed the return policy because I knew in the long run, that customer would come back and remain loyal. That's how you keep customers returning. Everything is not always black and white there is gray area. Pet Valu needs to remember there are other pet stores out there, I don't need to give you my business... And now you have lost my business.

Best groomer I've ever used. I would recommend Country Mutts to anyone looking for skilled, knowledgeable and gentle in one package. My dog entered reluctantly, shaking from a bad experience elsewhere, and I picked up a happy pup.

Meagan is a wonderful groomer. I feel so blessed to take my dogs to her because I know they are in good hands. She is amazing!

Staff was preseant and pleseant, found what I was looking for easily. No dead fish in the tanks although they seemed a little cramped... might need some bigger tanks

My dog loves going to see Suzie! She comes home looking beautified and smelling amazing! And she gets a little goodie bag every visit!!

Very well stocked and staff are also very friendly and helpfull
