Food is good. Service is super slow and chaotic. People pack into a small lobby area and order from awkwardly placed kisoks, and then wait in that same area, impacting McTraffic. Don't spill, as napkins are kept behind the counter and it is nearly impossible to flag someone down to give you another.

I've been eating in and taking out from this little restaurant for years. My favourite is the BBQ Duck with Duck Sauce, Chinese Green's and Young Chow Fried Rice. A winner that you won't regret. The staff here are wonderful. The best Chinese Food "Bar None" in Canada! Ottawa's lucky to have Yang Sheng

Not bad from a franchise. This was the first time for me because I had to make a quick stop in Ottawa area for a quick bite in the morning. Almost the same style of food from a family owned restaurant.
I am impressed because I am not an A&W fan for fast foods. The $ price value vs quality were good or acceptable. It would be a 5 star if the sausage were a tad bigger. This experience has changed my mind.

Dissapointed of this location, I come often because I live near by and I usually had good experiences in the past but I've noticed 2 things. First: Manager kept staring at me as I was paying (w/debit) and ran over suspiciously to make sure it went through before starting my order. This happened on two separate occasions. Second: I ordered sweet potato fries and got very small portion of fries and sauce. At almost $4 I expect a full serving of both sauce and fries (which I get at other locations). I think I'll be taking the extra walk to the Blair location from now on.

I went here and I absolutely loved this place! Such amazing food, great wait staff, and the wait times weren't even that long! Lovely atmostphere! I would definetly recommend this to anyone!

This is an awesome Japanese restaurant where you can bring your family, friends and guests. Their sushi are freshly made and so good. All foods are really sumptuous.

This location is always slow and makes mistakes every time. The drivethru is horrible to navigate. Nobody can angle their vehicles into the second lane so the drivethru is always backed up onto the roadway in front of Lowe's.

The manager is very nice and friendly; however, the several of the people making the subways are very rude and seem "drunk". Never have I seen someone make a sub in such a poor manner. I would avoid if you can.

Excellent place for a good meal. Everything on the menu is delicious, and even though the quantities are small, doesn't matter since you can order as much as you want. If you come around the time of change between lunch and dinner, you may need to wait for a while, but it's totally worth it. The staff is nice and as helpful as they can be. Would definitely return to the restaurant.

I regularly have come here for coffee in the morning with no issues. However, today I ordered food. My chicken nuggets were crunchy and had particles of sand/dirt on them. They obviously had dropped them on the floor and still served them to me. Will not ever go back to this location for food again.
