Went in to grab a slice of pizza and some garlic bread, and will not make that mistake again.
Asked the lady if she was going to warm up the pizza and toast the bread as they both looked fairly cold.
She said they were already toasted.
I guess she was more interested in the smoke break she was going for as soon as I left then actually serving lunch.
If I wasn't in a rush I probably would've just told her to keep the food and walk out.

I went to the drive thru at 1:15am today, and the drive thru operator was absolutely terrible. She was extremely rude, answering the intercom by saying "Ya, what do you want?" in a very angry voice. Then there was only 1 car ahead of me, and it took about 15 minutes before I was able to get to the window. So I asked what was taking so long, and she kissed her teeth and started yelling at me and then walked away.
Wow. How does this person work in customer service? Get her to flip burgers or something! The person speaking to your customers should be pleasant FYI.

Great pizza and I can eat the crust as it tastes great too. All others I cannot eat. Tried ceaser salad and chicken bites and they were good as sides. Very satisfied.

I can never go wrong with what I order here. I've been frequently eating at Faley's for over 20 years now and have never had a bad experience or tripd something I did not like. I love everything about this restaurant and often make the drive from Brampton to Rexdale to pick up a nice Sunday dinner.

Staff are very pleasant but last time I am ordering a chicken sub at Subway as the chicken is raw and undercooked. Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and honestly the chicken is raw and doesn't even taste like chicken. Got a stomach ache eating here. Sorry but sub-standard quality.

Standard BBQ rib pub food. Visited during weekday on a work trip. Restaurant didn't seem busy but apparently had a wait time of 15 min to get a table on the dining area while bar had no wait. Sat at the bar area and only one server for the entire area. I was able to get served quickly but other tables had to wait for 10 min before the waitress get to take their order. Guess the service level really depends on timing.
