This place used to be quite enjoyable. However now it has a certain musty smell, the food is subpar, our steaks we're so tough we didn't eat them, my scallops we're undercooked, basically raw in the middle. They did cook them more for me but they still lacked flavor. The chef we had did a good job at keeping the babies enterined so there's one star and the rest of the staff was really nice so there's the other star.

I went on Easter Sunday. It was the only place I could go with no reservations on Easter Sunday with a party of six. The food was delicious and the staff was courteous. I was grateful they accepted me and my guests for our unplanned outing. The four stars is because they only served buffet and it was $59.00 per person. On the positive side I'm a vegetarian and they had real food not just salad. I prefer to eat vegan but when I go out or visit people, I eat vegetarian. I'm grateful I could go there we all had a good time. I would eat there again.

Service was great! And so was the food. Excellent oysters and had to try their coal roasted grapes! We also ordered a pizza which was very tasty! Limited drink menu, but you could find a good one. My daughter loved the Morengo and I had the Italian Pinot Grigio. Very good. Nice place to hang out with friends it family.

Salad was standard, not very Japanese influenced, IMO. "Japanese style" fried chicken was very good with several condiments and a small bunch of greens. Recommended.
I'd eat here again.

Traditional North Indian and Gujarati food. Very reasonable priced, decent selection and fairly authentic presentation (my parents are from India). The food can be a bit spicy so something to consider you could probably order it. You could probably order it in mild. There's also a little Indian grocery store with Frozen and pre-packaged items and a very small produce section. This is my third time here and I've enjoyed it each time. Good for kids. Not much Ambience but it's really more about the food.

Inconsistent cocktails. I ordered the exact same drink as my friend within the same hour and the two came out tasting completely different. It wasn't even a complex drink! Another drink we had, an old fashioned, was watered down. I had always liked Paisan before this, but I don't think I'll be going back after this experience.

Minimal service, bare environment, questionable sanitation. I don't recommend you eat in there. It's depressing. As far as the pizza I ordered (India Spice/Tandoori chicken). It was WAY too salty and the curry was unbalanced. I love Indian food, but the spice here were off, not authentic. Hold off the cumin, guys. It overpowers everything if you put too much! Generous amounts of cheese, though. Still I couldn't enjoy it at all because the spices were off. Buyer's remorse here.
