I was really surprised, it was really busy and I was in a party of 6 but we got table right away, I love the music, the environment and the service was incredible. Food was served by the manager, plenty and delicious. If you want to enjoy a nice mexican this is a good local option.

Union Kitchen in Kingwood is one of the must visits when I have out of town visitors. In passing you would not know that the interior is so elegantly decorated. The food is wow, very delectable and hearty servings. Standouts for me are the Smoked Salmon Club and the SHRIMP AND GRITS. The star of desserts for me was the Creme Brûlée Bread Pudding (not sure if that's the name) but it was awesome! Although I prefer mine with less chocolate chips. The few times that I've been there I can tell you that the service was consistently efficient. Different waiters and the same good service. This is a place I am proud to take my friends

Typical Sam's Boat experience. Sat down at the bar at 5pm. After a minute, bartender asked what I wanted to drink, ordered a draft beer. Quickly made and delivered. No menu offered. No introduction or name exchanged. No conversation at all with the delivery. Eye contact with multiple bartenders has failed to get the may I get you anything response. I'm sure if I finally yell out "Hey, can I get a menu" it would happen. Or when I finally drink my beer they may ask if I want another. At which point I could add that I want a menu. Guess I should have sat at a table for potentially better service. Lesson for these bartenders: treat all customers as if they are hungry. At least give them the option to say no thanks.

Wanted to get a quick lunch due to occupied day so I went with the Cicis near my place. We got there and it was a slow day. The tables, floors, and food bar were very clean! I noticed that right away it was a really clean Cicis! I served myself a few of everything pizza, pasta, salad, soup, and dessert. Good amount of selection on food for the buffet price! You can customize your pizza and they will bring it to your table. If you would like wings it is extra but they do have this extra option! Even their game room was pretty neat. Good amount of selections for those who would like to use the game room. Also a good amount of quarter machines for kids! I would recommend everyone to come. They even told us have a good day when we left. Thank you Cicis on N Fry Rd! :)

First time ordering here tonight and it will be our last. Not impressed at all. The fried rice was over cooked, the chicken and rice soup was beyond soggy with hardly any chicken, and the spring rolls were mushy. The best part of the meal were the fortune cookies.

5.23.15 time 6:09...i spoke to the “general manger” which I’m so surprised they gave him a title like that with how rude he is. I go on to asking him questions about my delivery order and how i received a email conformation about my pizza and the money being taken out of my account but the website stated how my order wasn’t processed. I quote “Oh my god I’m telling that we don’t have any information about your order and you need to call your bank instead of us”.But i should’ve known by their ratings not to order there. NEVER AGAIN

I just have to say that the manager who was in the store to greet me tonight (around 12:30am) was so nice and accommodating. At first there was a coupon issue, which he cleared up immediately, and at the end of the day, the mistake was on my part, which he didn't point out, I realized it immediately. Really nice customer service, not to be taken advantage of, which I've noticed happens in these parts sometimes. Great restaurant. My pizza was so hot and melty. Literally the best pizza I have ever had from this location tonight. Management on point.

I agree with the reviews regarding delays in fulfilling the orders. They are short handed and the new hirees walk around clueless of what to do. Cleanliness is way down, then again, short staffed. I visit this location like every 3 months because they need sales to stay in business AND, it’s my neighborhood.

This location used to be pretty bad. We'll just get that out of the way. Management appears to have changed and they have renovated the interior. We visited this location about a week ago and we were happy with the food and environment. There was an odd smell in the arcade... But eh, it's Cici's. I was there for the pizza, it was good.

We like HotSpot. It's a good place, food is great. Seating is kinda sardinish, but okay. It's usually cold in there, so bring a jacket. Prices are okay for some things, high for others, but we don't go very often so it's okay. Lots of fried seafood, crab legs, crawfish and more.
