I had called a taxi my vehicle was stuck in mud it was 9:00pm in the evening I was with my daughter, it was raining I told the dispatch I needed a cab quickly I was alone with my daughter in the rain and dark. They said they only had one driver but she was on her way. 30 mins later I call back no taxi has shown up. They apologized stated the driver was at McDonald's and would be here right away (not even 2 mins from where I was) wait 20 more mins. This time I call back and loose my damn mind. Cab finally shows up. The driver then takes THE LONGEST ROUTE TO MY HOUSE! She was guessing her way and said a few times "let's try this street" after me repeatedly telling her which way to go. Ridiculous service. Need to get it together. Will not use ever again.
