Shuttle & Taxi

Oh my lord!!!!! I wish I could give 0 star!!! I booked a cab online to save my time and when I seated in the taxi he was complaining you wasted my time because of your booking! I arrived a little bit early than the time you wanted! You should pay for it!!!! I told him that was the worst customer service I’ve seen in my life!!!!! How you allow your self to talk like that!!!! He said next time don’t book can online on Sunday because you waste drivers time !!!!!!!!!! Then who can guarantee pick up time???!!!!! He was same as a father age but rude rude rude rude!!!! BelAir please train your drivers to provide not best but at least minimum rate of customer service!!!

Very helpful ground staff particularly the shuttle driver (Brendan), who went the extra mile for someone with mobility issues.

Worked at Sonora resort and had the privilege of getting driven by the way West company. They're on time and provide a nice ride with good seats.

Great service!

Incredible taxi company! They were extremely helpful and fast. Our family was stuck in the middle of nowhere on a bumpy gravel road and they kindly drove all the way out (nearly one hour's drive) very late at night to get them. Really saved us in an otherwise terrible situation and we are so happy because of them. Thanks L&K Taxi!! :D

Came within 3 minutes, the driver was very friendly and it was more than affordable. Will call again when needed!

Bruce and Company at Queen City hooked it UP! The ride was pleasant, they were extremely accommodating and the border crossing was smooth. This is the charter bus company all others should model themselves after.

Fast on-time service was much appreciated. Thank you.

A.C. Taxi has always been super prompt in sending taxis wherever I've called for one. Had a lovely ride in Cab 32 tonight with a charming cab driver who knew the fastest ways through the city perfectly. Didn't catch your name but thanks for the lovely ride man! Hope you get your RV fixed!

Good service $10.00 for return tickets. Runs every hour on the hour until 10 p.m.

I love Double Dees Designated Drivers. When I am in Nanaimo I always call this company. They are fast and take me and my car home every time. Their prices are reasonable all their drivers are super friendly. Thanks guys!

Service slightly late but got me to the airport on time

they only take or it would be a 5 star I called yellow cab 2 hours a head for a 6:45 pickup. I waited where i asked them to pick me up for 30min before calling them back wondering if they were coming, they said that they had a shift change and had no note saying to send a cab for me at 6:45 and would send a cab as soon as they could. I waited another 20 min before calling golden cab. Within the time it took for yellow cab to call me back golden cab came, picked me up drove me to the event center, i got out of the cab and then walked threw security. Then they call me letting me know a taxi is on the way. I missed half of the event waiting to get a ride there.

Great cab company beats the competition in this town lol.

Great way to get to escape the city and get to the islands. Charming service and breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands! This is how commuting should be :)

Driver was confrontational and demanded answers to questions she had no right to ask about my living conditions. Rude, vicious, and never shut up.

Called them 120mins before I needed to be picked-up and was promised they would arrive on time. Well 5mins after that time they still were'nt hete, along with no call letting me know they were running behind. So I called the conpany and was told they COMPLETELY FORGOT about me and wpuld be here in 2mins.. 15mins later they FINALLY show up. I call the company to complain about my treatment and spoke with one of the so called owners. I explained my issue and his disinterested response was, I'll talk with the driver. Made me feel like he didn't care, and that nothing was really gonna be done in our favor. We had $30 worth of Mexican food waiting to be picked-up at a local restaurant that was getting cold, and not even a, sorry, the ride is on us. Sorry for your inconvenience or anything. I said this is the LAST TIME we will do any business with your company. He said, OK!! Born and raised here I am. This company can CRAM IT!!
