Shuttle & Taxi

Arrived on time, very accommodating, as always. We're repeat customers. This afternoon, 5/11/17, they provided a minivan taxi to help my 19yo son, who is an RPI student, move his dorm room belongings to a local storage unit (same as last year, only this year he has more stuff). We've also used them in the past for trips to the airport. I'm always anxious about this sort of thing because my son is better at physics than logistics, and I'm 700 miles away. If you try to choose any taxi service in the Albany area based on Google reviews, you'll quickly see that many of the reviews seem bogus. Speaking for the five or so times we've used this service, they were punctual, helpful, fair, and honest, and we'll stick with them.

Terrible service. Don't use. Despite having a reservation, less that 24 hours before pick-up, Brooke calls to say they are not picking me up (because I reserved far in advance and the person who made the reservation isn't qualified to do so). When I asked how any of this was my fault, she hung up on me. I referred to my paperwork and called back. Shawn, the unauthorized person, answered the phone. He gave me to the owner, Dave, who said since I was the only reservation, he wouldn't break even. Great business practice! Totally unreliable and unethical.

This taxi service has gone above and beyond to be available when we have needed them. Very courteous and friendly to deal with.

Jai souvent utilisé Aeronavette. Le personnel est toujours professionel et courtois. Parcontre, des attentes en arrivant sont souvent d'un heure ou plus... Cest pas ce quon veut en arrivant de voyage. De se faire faire patienter 1heure et plus de plus que la journée a l'aéroport.

Great service, small station with only vending machines. Staff is friendly. This was always the station I stopped at to visit family during the holidays!

It's comfortable but trains don't come very often especially outside of rush hour times.

Amazing customer service. Great staff. Reasonable rates. Brand new hotel with amazing rooms. All in all the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Great service. My go to company for all my limo service needs. All the people that I refer Charles Limousine to, always call me back to thank me for the referal.

Very unprofessional, I had called for a cab from Lachine to the airport. It was a no show, I almost missed my flight due to them. When I called to ask for a reason, they said they had run out of vehicles, yet I didn't receive any notice or call to inform me, they simply bailed. I'll stick to Uber from now on.

Rented a limousine for my wedding day. The limo showed up early and driver was excellent. However the limousine was in very rough shape. Ride was uncomfortable and air conditioning did not work at all.

When I started researching transportation companies in Costa Rica I found one, Independent Luxury Travel Inc. (ILT), that had 4 and 5-star ratings. I called the number and was impressed that George Giannaris, the owner, answered the phone. He told me that he books all the tours personally. I explained that I needed transport from San Jose to my cruise ship docked at Puerto Caldera. The port is some distance away from San Jose and he assured me it was no problem. He recommended a tour of a coffee plantation on the way to the ship and the price for me and my wife was very reasonable. The driver, Marco, was on time dressed in a company shirt and fluent in English. The van was clearly marked as ILT Transport, was clean, and air conditioned. Marco was very personable and gave us a running history lesson as we drove pointing out areas of interest. The coffee plantation tour was extremely interesting, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Cosa Rica. From the coffee plantation we drove through some of the most beautiful country we had ever seen. Marco stopped at a small family owned restaurant overlooking a vista and we had a delicious Costa Rican lunch. We continued to the ship arriving on time but sadly we had to say farewell to Marco. Let me assure anyone traveling to Costa Rica that ILT is a first-rate company dedicated to customer service and providing highly skilled drivers in modern, comfortable equipment. I give them 10 stars although 5 is the highest rating shown on Trip Adviser. PS: Some how this is showing up in Montreal Canada. This company is in San Jose, Costa Rica NOT CANADA!..ws

If I could give less than one star I would. I called on the Monday before the requested ride (on the following Sunday) to set up a one way ride from the St. Ignace starline ferry to CIU airport. After recieving my $80 quote and clarifying the correct ferry times and pick up times, I was told everything was good to go. I end the call and there are no email confirmations, calls, or reference numbers. I assume because this is a small scale operation, this is just the norm. Fast forward to Sunday. I call the company to figure out where my ride is/ see if I need to go somewhere to find my shuttle at the ferry launch. ..and my reservation doesn't exist. The operator has an attitude and asks who I spoke with...well I don't know that answer. The only information I have is what shuttle I am supposed to get picked up on, and the ferry stop I am at. After saying I was supposed to get picked up at 1 pm, it is responded to with a "well I have no record of that, and we would never be able to get there in that time." Instead of having an empathetic approach, the operator approached the situation defensively and rudely. I wouldn't have booked them even after that because of the attitude they had. I am not familiar with the upper peninsula (I was in town for a wedding on Mackinac Island) however, I am a pretty seasoned traveler and this treatment and the unprofessionalism really shook me up. I imagine this happening to someone who may not be as fast on their feet, or have the back up resources I had and I am terrified, because the feeling of being stranded becomes very, very real especially as it becomes clear the person on the other end of the phone is more concerned with covering themselves from blame then making an effort to fix the situation. Long story short, consider renting a car, getting another local service from your destination, or have a friend pick you up. When traveling to catch a flight this level of unprofessional behavior really is an unnecessary piece of any travel day.

Waited for 40 minutes for a ride that was supposed to come in 20 minutes then they called and said they couldn't make it due to the border. I wouldn't have minded but I asked earlier if the border would be an issue and they said not at all.
