Shuttle & Taxi

Ask for a drivedowntown and they wouldn't do it cause they didn't want to deal with the traffic down there. Don't be expecting another call from me.

I am not one for writing reviews, but I was entirely disappointed with the response I was given when I inquired about a shuttle service for my wedding next year. Their response was "Thank you for your inquiry- this is too far into the future to quote a price or know what our commitments will be at that point in time." Way to completely dismiss an interested customer. There seemed to be zero interest in my business. It seems standard that most businesses are at least able to provide a rough estimate of costs, but I didn't receive any bit of information. If there weren't any commitments for the date I requested, then one would assume the service is available, right? Maybe there was a reason they weren't able to accommodate, but I'll never know since the response was so short.

Nice customer care, recommend to use them for travelling especially if you want to save some money.

Just waited 45 minutes in the cold for a cab. Called & they said they’d be there soon, but nobody showed up. My wife and I were outside King’s Place and every time we tried calling again afterwards to get an update, the line was busy. If it’s going to take you upwards of an hour to get a driver out, how about giving a warning in advance? Ended up getting a ride with another company.

Dispatcher doesn't give a s**t about you. While waiting for the cab more than 30 min, I was calling them and asking where the cab is. He was keep telling me that the car is in front of the door waiting for me. Hanging the phone before I had a chance to say something. God, please bring UBER in Fredericton, we don't need these scammers anymore.

Prompt service, clean vehicle and a friendly driver! What more can you ask for?

Terrible, called them 20 minutes ahead of when I wanted to leave and asked if the could promise me they'd be there and they said theu could however they never showed up

More faster service

Great Person - Great Ride!

Friendly drivers, slow service.

Requested a cab in 15 minutes, they said sure. 40 minutes later and it's still not here

I have used Hi5 cab Maine's taxi service for a year and a half. This company excels in every area. They are professional, punctual, and flexible. The cars are clean, and the drivers are skilled and know their way around. They will pick up/drop off even at difficult times (like late at night). I travel to and from the airport frequently, and I always use this company--and I have only had good experiences. I highly, highly recommend them.👍❤️

Peggy was extremely helpful scheduling our ride. She even caught a date error on my part based on our flight number and called us back to verify the correct date. Great catch on her part.
