Shuttle & Taxi

Absolute garbage service. They never showed up so I called a second time and they said a taxi would be there soon. Called a third time and they got hostile and blamed me for calling on a weekend... I eventually gave up and never got a ride. They took my phone number but never called me, so either they never showed or they showed over an hour late and didn't even bother to call. There's a reason why they're rated so poorly on here. Completely incompetent and they don't care about their customers. Make alternative plans or these idiots will screw you over.

As well as a good way to get around, the water taxi is a lovely break in your day. A few minutes out on the beautiful water, breeze, sparkling air, fresh oulook. I took it from the canal to Gatineau and walked around the grounds of the museum along the water for a bit. Then i wandered back to the little dock to call the taxi, but it was already heading our way. There's a yellow telephone at each dock. You pick it up and the water taxi pilot answers. That easy.

Best service in town

GREAT SERVICE ALWAYS ON TIME

Driving in a snow storm and I have a driver RIDING ME couldnt see the headlights next thing I know. THEY PASS ME IN A GOD DAMN SNOW STORM AS IM DOING THE SPEED LIMIT (80KM). It doesn't stop there wanna know what he/she was in a hurry for? To drift in an empty convenience store parking lot at around 11:00 p.m. I honestly couldn't believe it

If I could rate it to no stars I would! My brother was going through the parking lot with my BABY and I in the car and one of the drivers CUT us of in a parking lot at Roulstons, proceeded to go around to the other exit and as we went to the stop sign, He sped up to give us the finger! He was an old man in a grey car. I couldn’t catch the license plate as he sped off. I am appalled. I will NEVER use this cab company and I’m making sure that others don’t either.

Total garbage called was told 40 mins it's been over an hour now I am late for work should have just walked unreliable.

Been here my whole life and have seen this airport grow from just GA to making accommodations for the largest jet planes.

Terrible driver this morning at Oak Ridges Public School 28/02/2017 the driver cuts the line then stalls traffic to wait for a spot and on top of it we have to go around her car and she rolls down the window with the kids still in her car to yell at us, what a disgrace that kids are trusted to this person

Their dispatch is in Jamaica, they don’t know locations and addresses and don’t turn up on time. Terrible dispatch. Would never use them again

Wow, that's a lot of asphalt.

Drivers are always friendly and prompt! I️ normally schedule my rides ahead of time and they’ve never disappointed me cc

HORRIBLE!!!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL! THEIR CAB DRIVER WENT IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THE AIRPORT AND WE ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT. DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE!!!

Tell them you want to pay with debit on the phone or else you’re going to pay extra for the ride to a nearby atm.

Very polite driver. Great way to get around with no charge. There's music played. Roomy bench seats and clean.

I called this company to help me load up 1 bedroom into a trailer. I was moving my daughter back home from university. They told me they would be on time And even confirmed the night before. They never showed up. I called them and they said they would call me right back but never did. They operate under different company names Swift Moving Crown Transportation Avoid this company.
