I like how slow it was on Sunday evening. Thank you for the nice movie date night I had with my wife. Staff were friendly and courteous. Place was clean and well manned at the concession stand.

Such a fun venue! It is visually fun (especially the bathrooms!) and open enough that it doesn't feel cramped. It's nice to have the option of couches along the side or bar stools in the balcony along with standing room on the floor. I will keep my eye open for other events at The Varsity just so I can visit again!

Ball's cabaret is always a fun time with good people

Its in an old firestation and has an amazing open feel.

Make sure to go on the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and arrive early to hear the organ playing. It surely is a dying art that should be cherished! The theatre is clean and maintained as an old fashioned tribute to the past. They also own the DQ next door so you can bring blizzards and treats right into the theatre!

West Side Story was the play being performed. It was fabulous. I have nothing but praise for EVERYTHING about it. The actors did a wonderful job!The orchestra was also excellent. The gift shop at the Guthrie is way too expensive for my station in life though.

Very helpful open quite late people come and go there's only one level parking right in front of the door the doors don't have handicap buttons but the people are friendly and willing to help you find whatever you want Stephen and other cities super friendly

Awesome place and food nextdoor

Great place! Fairly large theater with comfy chairs. They sell concessions outside before the shows. Love the location!

Very high quality performances aimed towards younger children, but all theatre enthusiasts with find something to enjoy. How the Grinch Stole Christmas and The Jungle Book are my favorites from the past, but they’re always opening new and diverse shows. Great representation. For students interested in acting, they have FANTASTIC musical theatre classes based on experience and grade. They also offer summer camps. The teachers bring the same energy from the stage performances to the classrooms, which are located right beneath the theaters. I believe they now offer audition workshops regularly, too, if you would like to be a part of a show. The Children’s Theatre is a fun opportunity for families, and you can always check out the museum while you’re there. Good location: it’s near many good restaurants and a park.

This is an amazing little theatre. We watched Dancing with Giants and the play was incredible. The actors fantastic and the staff super friendly too! We loved the show so much we came back a second night to watch it again.

Met family from southern Minnesota, it was a half way point. Super nice movie house. Easily located off interstate, clean and welcoming attentive staff. Super stoked at the reclining chairs and being able to pre select our seats there were 7 of us. So I find others prior reviews of seat selection hard to imagine if one did their research as this is the new age of picture shows. Welcome to the new age folks. Pricey to most on snacks but one can get an adult beverage and feel like your viewing a film in the comfort of one's own home. I would definitely drive the 30 minutes again to this movie house with others or without.

Always producing incredible new works. Lots of fun new pieces to paruse, and their festival is coming up soon. Make sure to go to at least one thing LaLa Fest.

The Jungle is doing a great job with new artistic director Sarah Rasmussen. Every production is solid throughout: acting, set, lighting, sound. And the selection of plays each season has continued the Jungle's tradition of emotionally gripping work while bringing in some new voices

They are a welcoming space if you are new to theater. You'll definitely make friends & have a great time.

I went to see a co-worker perform in The Director's Cut: 30 Rock, a parody of NBC's show mixed with improvisation. Hilarious, great show!
