Wonderful people, taking great care of my fur baby

This place is awesome,as I have a great amount of pets , I need a place that makes me feel that they truly care about them.As I do . I have gone in stressed out and the staff and vet there( Cathy) will help in any way they can, I have switched vets to go to Lake Country , I am very happy that I did, only wish I did it sooner.

Amazing staff! Take the time to explore all options with you.

I have been going here for 4 years. The staff have always been amazing. They make sure my fur babies are comfortable and calm throughout the appointments. I can tell all staff really love animals. They never rush the appointments and always make me feel very welcome and well informed. They always follow up with a call after the appointment to check that my fur babies are ok. I'm so glad I found them. Shelley

Excellent vet very caring staff

Great place to get your pet fixed up!

Receptionists and technition were lovely people and dealt fairly with us. The pricing for a check up was reasonable and the 24 hour service makes them very attractive. Vet was not to the point with us though, instead of giving us a concise explanation of the problems facing our cat, continued to dramatize the situation seemingly to get us to spend money. Vet continued to pressure for very expensive options and tried to force us to spend money by opening the packages for equipment before giving us the estimate we had asked for. Overall, impression of the clinic was that they were more concerned about making money but everyone was very knowledgable in their fields.

I normally am not one to write reviews but felt in this circumstance it was completely necessary. My dog broke 4 bones in her foot while we were at our cottage. We just googled the nearest emergency vet and called village animal hospital. They could take us almost immediately and we’re so unbelievably kind when we arrived. I was blown away by the amount of compassion and excellent service by all staff there. They even called orthopaedic surgeons for us to see if we could get an appointment (as surgery is necessary). Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Nice people and are very kind to furry friends. Awesome cat waiting room

Very caring even called the next day to see how my fur baby was

My Little Fluff got her wings on Sunday September 3rd, 2017 @ 1pm. The staff were excellent!! They went above & beyond for my 18 year old Kitty! Thank you so much for all your kindness & compassion Dr Norman & staff during this most difficult time!!

All staff members are compassionate and intelligent. They truly care for all of your family members - human and non-human.

Wonderful staff where our animals and we are always treated so well!!

I wouldn't take our pets anywhere else.... They're so good with our crazy puppy

We love Brealey Drive Animal Clinic! We have been taking our cats (currently we have 4!) to Brealey Drive Animal Clinic for 10 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Gould is kind, patient, tender, and seems to have a magical touch with even the shyest, most timid of animals. Not sure what other reviews are based on, but in our opinion, based on our previous vet experiences, his rates are very fair and reasonable for the high level of care and services provided. He doesn't try to push unnecessary things on you, like vet food or products; for example, our cats struggle with hairballs - he recommended that we use plain Vaseline over the over-priced, "pet-marketed" variety. We highly recommend Dr. Gould to anyone that needs a vet. He truly and deeply cares about all animals. He has a genuine love for animals that shows through in every visit. We will always take our pets to Brealey Drive Animal Clinic!

Wonderful service. Always kind and helpful!
