Geoff and his crew did an excellent job of our perimeter drains. Always open with communications and willing to spend the time answering questions. The work was done in a timely manor and the cleanup was first class . Most of all the contract was completed as per Quote.

Quality roofing

I had the team into tank our cellar which had a major problem with damp. They came in and finished the job within two days and later installed a ventilation fan. They were incredibly quick, clean and professional. The price I think is fair given the quality of the job. When quoting for the work they stood out as they spent time really understanding how to resolve the damp issue vs. others who just wanted to provide a standard solution which wouldn’t have worked.

Friendly and very professional guys who came to the property. Work was explained during the period they were with us and floor protection and shoe protectors were used. They cleaned up as best as they could when they left and left the room very tidy. Very reasonable and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone requiring damp proofing.

Brilliant work would recommend

I would definitely recommend Crown Preservation for damp or dry rot issues. I had various companies visit me due to a case of dry rot in my kitchen. Of all four who came, it was only Declan who had decent equipment, with a camera which could investigate the spores and fruiting bodies within my stud wall and under my floorboards and provide me with helpful advice. After an exposure survey, which some companies also did not offer, they gave me a detailed quote which they stuck to and explained the work that would need be done, taking me through each stage and offering a realistic time frame. When it came to the work, they removed all the affected floor area and plasterwork, treating the rooms, replacing the floor and doing a great re-plastering job. The workers were friendly in general and they managed to cope with my flat being on a busy main road without close parking too much fuss. No obstacle was too big. Would definitely use again.
