Loved my first time experience at this beautiful, clean and friendly studio. Not only the front desk staff makes me feel very welcome, they also provide free yoga mats and towels, also free first time class. The class is not too crowded as some of the other yoga studios I went which allows me to have the space and pace for my practice. Ayla is an amazing teacher! Not only her class is powerfully challenging your body and mind, I love her positive energy and caring mind adjustments! I am now a regular practitioner. Thanks :)

Great classes and the instructors are very attentive. The only drop in prenatal, momy and baby and todler yoga classes I have found in the city at very reasonable prices!

Horrible I took my daughter to medacare the clinic in this pharmacy to get looked at and I get ignored while she sat there drinking her coffee and glance at me and not say a word while she was the one I needed to talk to so she can take my info down so we can see the doc. . Never go there again.

$10/month black membership very much worth it to use the hydromassage bed, get a massage after a good full Sunday workout. Unintimidating atmosphere, friendly people, clean, great machines with clear depiction of which muscle groups used and how to use the machine. You can sign up with the personal trainer to get a personalized workout for free like my wife did but after she convinced me to join I just hit the recumbent bike for 10 mins and then hit every machine, two sets of ten reps.

Such a friendly staff. Always attentive and greeting customers with a smile. Very clean facility with very maintained pools and lovely instructors. Such a difference from other competing gyms in the area. Can't wait to try the daycare!
