All the facilities you would expect from a gym but no extras. Some bigger gyms offer pools or racquet sports and basketball. This is a gym. Kept in good shape with a good mix of classes and 24 hour opening time except for some public holidays.

Movati Barrhaven is by far the best gym in Eastern Canada! Fantastic facilities and all -included membership is simply the best in class. I have been going non stop since February and I have never been more motivated (or fit!). Thank you to staff and all the dedicated group trainers. Hot yoga is simply amazing.
