Eliot has been a source of much needed grounding in my life grouch her restaurative yoga classes. If, like me, you need to slow down your body and mind and regain strength and energy while leaving each class with a sense of peace, this is the place go.

I have always been to this library and i love it the selection but there is a book that i have been searching for but i can't seem to find it. But overal i love it keep up the good work guys can't wait to see u again tomorrow!

After one session my body and mind felt grounded, It was the most unqiue, relaxing and painless massage experience I have ever received, as a competitive combative athlete I do inflict quite a considerable amount of damage to my body but once our session was conplete, my mobility had increased my pain had been reduced and I felt refreshed, highly tuned in with the earth and my seroundings. I highly recommend this style of massage therapy to everyone. It will enhance your quality of life.

I've been dancing here for 15 years on and off. I looked forward to all my classes when I was younger and they really set me up with excellent dance foundations and discipline. Now, as an adult, I cannot wait for the alumni jazz class every week. Wonderful, skilled teachers and a beautiful studio.
