The girls are always so sweet and welcoming! The classes are AMAZING! I’ve only been going for a few days but am loving the workouts. The space is beautiful and they have lots of great apparel and other goodies for purchase.

Dr. Zylac is amazing. Very thorough and professional. He adjusted joints in wasn't even aware I could get help for. Absolutely recommend the whole clinic. The reception is always tidy and all the practitioners are very friendly.

I've been going to Sharron for years she is amazing at what she does & Brownstone Health is such a beautiful environment, everyone is so welcoming & helpful.

Love Candice as a trainer and a person! She is super knowledgable and got my weight loss kickstarted with some personal training sessions. Tikka and Miller keep my motivation high with all their puppy kisses too.

Upscale gym but wee bit small. Love the shower room. Clean and hygienic.

Excellent fitness facility, friendly and knowledgeable instructors to help you every bit of the way! I have been coming here for nearly 4 years on my pole journey, and I treasure every minute of it! The relationships I've formed with other students and the instructors are unforgettable and they have become a second family to me. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new sport to enjoy in a safe, enjoyable, and fun environment.

The space is beautiful, but I was hoping for a better workout and better service. No, the account is under my name Steph McLeod. The girl at the desk was less then helpful and I don't feel like she had my information right. She charged me but I didn't get a receipt or anything. I wish my experience could have been different but because of lack of customer service and mediocre workout I can say I won't be back.

So thankful to have started going to Readiness. I feel stronger physically and mentally. I can go up and down the stairs without being out of breath! I'm getting a waist :D
