Always a welcoming and helpful acupuncture treatment with Dr Robertson. She is very good at listening to feedback of previous treatments to determine any changes needed. She is always enthusiastic to do her very best to improve your health. I trust her implicitly, and have for many years. Added bonus: the Flow building is very relaxing and comforting to visit.

Kayla and Kristin are phenomenal women. Thank you for the energy you share with our children in your offered programming. 👌🌺🌻

Janna is the best massage therapist at Allay.

The venue was clean and calming, however the lack of receptionist seemed to put serious pressure on the therapists, and made insurance claims a pain. Online booking was easy and appreciated, and all in all it was a good experience. Will definitely go back to see Megan again! Megan McKenzie was an amazing massage therapist and person. She made sure to address all my concerns and focused on exactly what my described pains and issues were. She never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward, and always asked permission before she attempted something, gauging her pressure to my pain tolerance. The fact that she is fresh out of school served her well, as she explained thoroughly why she was doing what she was doing and how it was going to help, even giving me exercises to do at home!

I have been working out at the Pasqua Evolution location since it changed ownership. I enjoy the workouts, the people working out alongside me and the staff. In particular, I would like to give a shout-out to Madyx. She always makes my morning with her friendly greeting and conversation. Highly recommended.

I went in last night and had the service of a life time. There was a young man at the counter that actually was so good at his job that I went and found his manager to talk about him. I didn't get his name but he knows who he is.
