Love my morning workouts here! From the cheerful front desk (Therese) and my personal trainer (Tasha) I always leave feeling accomplished. No better way to start the day. Only complaint is they need more fans!!! :)

You get fit for less ;) also you can literally do whatever you want, however you want, whenever you want. I have seen the most creative workouts that may or may not have resulted in injury.... Also on any given day some of the treadmills are working! The doors are the most exciting part of my workout. I never know if today is the day I never get out. Free pizza day is also the best. Nothing better then biking with a couple slices in each hand. Don't worry about cleaning up the grease as there is never any towels. You will develop quite the immune system if you work out here frequently.

Tried giving the driver a 5 dollar tip.....then he tells me he doesn't have change which basically forces a 10 dollar tip. Who does delivery and has zero change.........the scam got old years ago. Guess I'll be ordering from a different place. You lost a longtime customer as this isn't the first time this has happened........

Nicole at Breathe Fitness has been a wonderful trainer! Each workout is engaging, and makes me sweat! She knows her stuff, and keeps me more accountable and more aware of my fitness than I’ve ever been before.

Every Class I've attended so far has been awesome! The instructors are very helpful and always give great tips on form. There are also a lot of modifications that are great if you want to work a little harder or need to do a little less for certain moves!

Best work out EVER! I've been a member for 1.5 years and could never go back to a traditional gym. The staff are amazing and the work outs truly work. TRY IT!!!!!

Thanks Westjet Cargo!! Amazing job taking my beloved 12 year old kitty from Edmonton to Nova Scotia last night! She arrived safe and sound, and you guys provided excellent service from departure to arrival. It's not easy sending any animal on a flight alone like that, especially a senior one like mine. You helped ease my mind that she was in good hands, and when my mum picked her up this morning she assured me she was calm (not the usual for her) and said that your crew seemed genuinely interested in my cat's well being. Thank you from Tazz and myself for a great experience and for keeping my kitty safe ♡

This location of Lululemon is the only one that would get one star from me. The staff at the Red Deer lululemon are, in a word, about as useless as it gets. They are more focused on gossiping about their weekend plans at the front then connecting with their guests. It's a good thing I do my own research about the products because the Red Deer staff know nothing about them. I waited so long for lululemon to come to Red Deer....yet I still find myself shopping in the Edmonton or Calgary locations due to the disappointing service in the Red Deer location. Please send the Red Deer staff to product knowledge seminars or have them work in one of the locations in Calgary or Edmonton to see what it takes to be knowledgeable and effective.

Income tax assistance (low income) was awesome and fast and immediate! Pleasant enough. Good location downtown.

I love this gym. The girls that work there are SO nice and quick to help with questions or concerns, the variety of classes available tht comes with the membership is unbeatable and the facility itself is great - small enough you don't feel overwhelmed but big enough that I never feel like I am stepping over other members. I love coming here every day!
