Petr is an excellent Massage Therapist. He is thorough in his assessment and treatment and really listens to my concerns, and addresses the areas that need focus at each treatment. He is extremely professional but also very personable in his approach. As a Massage Therapist myself, I very much appreciate his deep tissue treatments to help me continue working pain free.

It was a great visit. Buying a new rifle and the staff was very helpful in helping me spend money for the new rifle.

Gravity classes are amazing. Full body workout!!

I went to Oxygen Yoga and Fitness for their Karma weekend, where all of the classes were free. As such, I wanted to try out as many classes as possible. I've tried the deep stretch, freedom flow, tone and sculpt, and power core classes, and they've all been amazing. The instructors are super helpful, and they always have a positive and encouraging attitude, and trust me, when it comes to the high intensity classes, you'll definitely appreciate it! I consider myself to be in good shape, and I found the tone and sculpt as well as the power core classes to be challenging. But fear not -- there's something for everyone. The instructors provide modifications for each exercise, so you can make the class as easy or challenging as you see fit (no pun intended). I also highly recommend the deep stretch class to everyone. They're always offered at the end of the day, perfect for a post-work decompression session.

Volunteers were plentiful and friendly, although not the most organized race iv'e been to as far as directions. Maybe i'm used to a multitude of "race kit pick up", "wash station" signs, but i found myself asking where things were alot. There was a presumption that everyone had been to Blue Mountain before. Nope. (The faulty google map link didn't help - found a convoy of lost people at 7905 side road 36) Lockers located at rental station office - 15$ deposit (was waved due to some reason - not sure why, but i rolled with it!) As far as the race, there was only ONE water station - and although not the average time, by looking at the published chip times, some people were out for 4 hours!!! 4 hours, one water station. Not cool. I suggest adding at least two more stations, for everyone's sake. All i heard on the grind is "where's the water?" Thank goodness the weather was cool. We had choice of a post race banana OR a beer... after not enough water, well, i chose banana. kinda had to :-( The mountain makes this run. Yay Mountain! Good terrain, if this kinda run is new to you, you will feel the burn. :-) Obstacles are standard, all in good shape. might still do this again next year... but also might hire a sherpa to bring me water. If i could give 2.5 stars, i would. More water stations, and i wouldn't be so cranky.

Very helpful

First time.visiting the club and I felt very welcome. The gym.was beautiful and very clean. Declan was helpful and had alot of knowledge and answered all of my questions. I look forward to starting my journey of getting fit at one health clubs😊
