OTF downtown Edmonton is amazing! The staff are friendly and motivating! The workouts are fun and challenging. Everyone who shows up are friendly and help push each other. Thanks for helping me kickstart my healthy lifestyle!

Great little place with skilled hands! After years of putting up with a sore back and limited mobility, I decided to see someone about it. I've seen great improvements in my mobility and pain since coming into Awakening Within and I'm so glad I did. Thanks for getting me back to normal, I almost forgot what normal was!

Gym provides all the necessary equipment for a total workout and is in a great location. Soulful ingredients here also provides good nutritious foods and beverages. Highly recommend the protein smoothies. Gym is also improving and adding new services.

My initial visit to Bond Nutrition was in response to their interest in supporting a fundraising event. And they did! Fast forward 4 years and I work with Jonathan at bringing his vast knowledge of supplements and wellness to individuals living with chronic illness. His authenticity and perspective puts our clients at ease when seeking alternatives for symptom management. Anybody who asks gets directed to Bond Nutrition!

When I moved from Edmonton to Red Deer I decided to try out this studio. Instantly I fell in love. From the smell (LOVE whatever inscents they use) the music, the class/teachers and the amazing boutique this place is definitely a 5/5 star place. I feel so amazing and relaxed the moment I walk in. You will always be greeted with the happiest smiling faces by people who genuinely care about you and your practice. I have had some questions about postures and they are always willing to give you the best advice and even recommended me to a couple books that have changed my life. I am so grateful for this studio and the staff that work here. If you're new or seasoned, this is a GREAT place to check out. You wont regret it.

This is one of the better locations, in terms of staff. They don't always have the stock, because it's a smaller location, but the staff always will help you find what you are looking for. I went in for the swim pants, that weren't at any location, and I had multiple staff members help me find pants that were similar to sizing before helping me purchase the right size in the online store to be shipped to my house for free. They are incredibly friendly and cheery to help and it is why I love this location.

Recommend this clinic to lots of friends and family. Excellent at what they do here! Also have been to classes (yoga and kettlebell) and you can not go wrong with any class here! Top notch!!!

Very good place for yoga.

The machines are so great to work out on, treads have this shock absorber that make the impact low when you're running. Love love the music and the instructors are so helpful! Great 1 hr. workout, worth every penny!

Got worked over but defiantly helps in the long run. Would reccomend if you have back issues

I have attended classes at MoveGaruda since may/2017. Prior to that I was having difficulty standing for any lengths of time and was going to Physiotherapy for knee problems. The exercises have helped my strength improve. I have better balance and my knees feel much more stable. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They encourage me to challenge what I thought I could manage exercise-wise. The health benefits I have attained are well worth the cost & time spent.

Kelly does a wonderful job making all guests feel comfortable... Even me!
