In my 15 years of practicing yoga, this is the best studio I've ever been to. The studio owner is attentive and really listens to her community. This means that Ocean and Crow delivers a safe, inviting, inclusive, non-toxic space for us to unplug from the world for an hour or so and to build a warm, healthy community. I highly recommend this space!

Excellent studio, excellent teachers, excellent HEAT! It's refreshing to practice in the studio that truly believes your potential is limitless as they aim to inspire not enable and celebrate dedicated students.

This is an absolutely amazing yoga studio, I go from down town Vancouver to north Vancouver multiple times a week just to go there. They have varieties of yoga classes with amazing yogis and instructors. I specially enjoy macs classes on Sunday mornings, where he teaches the philosophy and purpose behind each yoga pose as well as demonstrating each pose to make sure everyone have the right posture and position. All of the yogis are very caring and so this for passion and nothing else. The classes themselves are unbelievably good, you simply can not feel better than that. Very relaxing and calming at the same time make your body flexible and sometimes sweating and doing very good movements. At this studio they are real and true yogis.

Great yoga studio with a variety of instructors. The view out the windows is nice although you can hear the noise of commercial occasionally.

Full circle - particularly Ali Denham - has been instrumental in my rehabilitation following a decade long struggle with spinal injuries and chronic back pain. Ali's enthusiasm, kindness, and body positivity for people of all sizes and abilities has been incredible. The studio itself is calming, open, and relaxed. I highly recommend it.

I usually prefer going to regular not heated yoga.. However, the classes is this hot yoga studio are soo great that I became a regular customer. I also really like the friendly and genuine customer service always. Keep it up!

Great Gym.I've been training for the last 7 years and had a lot of different gym memberships but this one is by far the best one I've ever been to!

I've worked with Darren on a number of different projects. His unique skill set of accountant, entrepreneur and investor is hard to beat. So is his rolodex. He walked us through a couple of complex transactions and provided solid advice along the way. I'd highly recommend Darren for all of our commercial real estate needs.

Great facility in Squamish for adults and kids alike. Pretty popular spot for birthdays - they have a great mezzanine area to use after jumping for the party. Drop ins are usually fine, but due to its popularity, you might want to book ahead.

My favorite RMT is Jenna. She is amazing! Never fails me since the first time I had a massage with her. She is our family's favorite. We love her. She is the best among the BEST.

Definitely the best quality gear for any weather situation you may encounter on or off your bike!

My work can be hectic, and my shoulders get often stiff. Cara exactly knows how to release the tension on my body with her magic. I don't know how she does it but it works! I try to book every 2 weeks and literally can't wait to go back. wish the weekdays went faster.

Super friendly staff, so chill and helpful. Great facility and instruction from teachers. Highely recommend !
