Love the energy of their Zumba classes!

Employees are so friendly & helpful. Security guards are also super friendly. Love that they are a pet friendly store & so I can take my dog along!

Their physio pilates is very impressive. Great service and staff, lovely facilities.

I attended the hot classes at One Hour Hot Yoga while I was at a HCI International 2017 conference this summer. I had a great time at this studio. I attended a class every day of my visit, and I learned something new every day. I really enjoyed the "silent" class. I really like the fact that the yogis here were willing to talk with me after class. There were some poses and asanas that were new to me and the staff really took the time to explain things after class. I also appreciated the fact that as a traveler everything I needed, mats, towels, and water are available at a reasonable price. (Bottled water is less expensive than at the grocery next door.)

Friendly staff, good variety of sizes available. Expensive, but their stuff really lasts well.

Réception service just ok. Studio lack of charm and not super hot for yoga. The sauna is very often closed :( showers and bathrooms are clean and changing room is nice. Too small lockers.

Great yoga studio. Unlike other oxygen locations, this one has a really nice change room and shower! Many great instructors and a variety of classes.

Good place to shop for athletic-wear, they usually stand behind their products.

I really like it here. Very small class sizes, 2-3 students at a time. It's the only yoga where I can actually connect with breathing.
