Beth Alden is the driving force behind Kickstart Fitness and I find that she has a great combination of personal trainer skills, motivating without belittling. She always makes time to listen to how things are working for you and encourages us to stick to the plan cause the plan works.

After driving by the corner of Main St. and Ontario for several years, I finally moved my yoga practice from the typical "gym" setting to Just Yoga. I am so glad I did!! It was a new, welcoming, comfortable experience which I look back on, and wonder "why didn't I do this sooner?" Each teacher is experienced, creative, positive, and wonderful at giving each and every student options to have their own yoga experience. No matter a person's age, athleticism, size, or yoga experience....Just Yoga has an appropriate class where you can feel comfortable yet challenged and develop their own yoga practice. I am happy to be a practitioner there and well as a graduate of their Yoga Alliance Certified, 250 Hour teacher training program. I appreciate their focus on alignment, safety, and building a practice for longevity and overall wellbeing. I'm hooked!

Very new to bank We are trying to get a mortgage Had a bank appt and someone inside babk cancelled it. Now we are told we must wait until the 28th Why. And who cancelled it????????????
