Yoga

Super fun classes, great instructors and an awesome atmosphere!

Extremely clean, fast wifi, lots of weights, good set up, awesome staff. Doesn't get much better then this, highly recommended!

All the staff are awesome! Very friendly and helpful from my first session. They even remember your name! I always feel a hundred times better when I leave and the fact they may run a few minutes over isn't an issue, my satisfaction is! The facilities are brand new, the layout is very usable and has a very "high end" gym feel. All in all these people are professional, curtious and a great laugh. I actually enjoy going to a physio.

Friendly atmosphere. Great gym!

Very clean and modern. Large selection of equipment and a little something to cater to all workouts. Staff are often found cleaning and tidying up.

Wonderful studio; warm and welcoming.

Amazing instructors!

Lovely, caring staff in a clean and friendly environment. The yoga is unique to the area, and a step in the right direction. We need more yan and power in White Rock! Thank you, WCHY! :)

Loud reception area, not enough classes for the pricing! The exact same teachers as Westcoast Hot Yoga, and I mean exact with no business trend-styles to offer for the yogis. Too repetitive and would just go to Westcoast as the same teachers are over there for slightly cheaper!

I love this studio, clean and a great schedule with just the right amount of variety of class types. There is a beautiful view of white rock beach and all the staff and teachers are amazing.

Best studio anywhere. Live Yoga has a warm and friendly atmosphere with superb instruction from highly qualified and caring instructors. It's a happy place where everyone is friendly and welcoming

I love Leanne! She's a wonderful teacher and talented Yogi! xoxo
