A great meditation method Sahaja Yoga

I'm very grateful for my experience at Namskar. I enjoyed all of the different types of classes that the studio offers. There is a variety of amazing, knowledgeable teachers to guide you through your practice. Prices are reasonable and the studio is very clean. Highly recommended!

Best gym in town and super friendly helpful staff

Beth Alden is the driving force behind Kickstart Fitness and I find that she has a great combination of personal trainer skills, motivating without belittling. She always makes time to listen to how things are working for you and encourages us to stick to the plan cause the plan works.

I'm so glad I took my level one Reiki course here. Jane guided us at our own pace, made it fun, and ensured we understood what we were doing and how this would affect the people we work on! I can't say enough about how wonderful she is! And I CAN'T wait to now take level 2 and 3 with her! Thank you again!!

Interesting class, a mix of yoga and martial arts. Challenging, gets you blood flowing and muscles working...

I was first introduced to Julia's Yoga classes over 5 years ago and have been so inspired by her that I am now in Julia's teacher training program. Before coming to Free Spirit I had never taken a Yoga class and had no idea what it was all about. I was a little nervous at first but from the moment I walked in the studio I received such a comfortable and welcoming feeling, from not only Julia but from the other Yogi's at Free Spirit, I was quickly hooked and found this was exactly what I was looking for. As a mother of two little ones I really appreciate and need this time to myself and to be to be surrounded by uplifting, supportive, non-judgmental and fun people. Julia has a way of making each class special and different, she knows how to challenge you and how to get you to challenge yourself, so you are left with a feeling of amazement and pride. Thanks to Julia's guidance and classes, Yoga has given me the gift of gratitude, strength, flexibility, awareness, compassion, confidence, humility, patience, peace, connection, friendship, love and more.
