Very bad experience asked for a letter they said they will do it and call me to pick it up but when i went there the letter wasn't there.. staff there acting very strange..

Staff are calm and helpful, product prices needs to be lower

I completely agree with Sharbani Roy. I had also visited the Mississauga Branch for activating my Hello Canada Account. Yes staff is very pleasant, polite, professional and well-spoken. Infact, I was there 'At the Eleventh Hour' but still Mr. Sahil Aggarwal, Financial Service Officer, served me and helped me in all my concerns. I am really thankful to him and the bank for making me as comfortable as I was in my home country INDIA. Thanks once again ICICI Bank for everything you have done for me from INDIA to CANADA.

National banks are too few and far between. Major institutions and corporations cannot direct deposit in the National banks. Finally client and debit do not have touch screen withdrawals. Also as a client for over twenty years I've been known to cash from my trust fund, the only time I brought an uncertified cheque I was told the bank personal weren't allowed to call the bank that issued this trust fund cheque after they faxed a copy of the cheque to the issuing bank to verbally verify the cheque. So I had to wait 5 working days and on top of that I could only withdrawal a maximum of $3000,it turned out that I had to call a day in advance to take my I repeat my money from the National bank . I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on the matters I've just explained in this small tirade of mine. Thank-you to all who respond.

Piece of advise - financial advisor's (spelled 'ors'), are just glorified sales people with little financial knowledge. They don't have any legal obligation to offer financial advise at your best interests. Trying to get an RRSP transfer done between financial institutions is like pulling teeth. I have been waiting 3 months now for the transfer to be made. Endless excuses and slow response times. If you just need a teller, no problems there, they all seem friendly and wait isn't bad, but don't waste your precious time here trying to do anything complicated such as transferring money between accounts...

Small front desk, there was only two wickets open when I went and I had to wait 10 minutes.

I don't know of any bank which would work shorter than 9-5 and no evening or weekend appointment to open up an account. Can't open online or over the phone either. Please learn from other HSBC outside of Canada.

Great manager. Helped me a lot to open a new account and transfer funds into it from escrow account with no hold. Advised on government regulations and how to wire money on time sensitive manner on the same day account was open and transfer into it was done. Highly recommend.

The manager Melissa went out of her way to help us out. The bank overall still needs to improve on service standard.

this branch has some of the most helpfull staff in the bank branches ive visited, especially donny the finacial person. by the way i dont work for bmo most of my business is with t.d. in kichener . i just happen to go in for some chequing advice because i had trouble with a certain cheque.

Opening hours are ridiculous. Never busy so there's no waiting, yet one of the tellers is really rude. And what kind of banks doesn't have money! Apparently, if you want to withdraw or cash $3,000 or more, you need to inform the bank at least a day ahead. And for USD, it might take 2 to 4 days to arrange it.

I go here only because they r the nearest..but their service is their worst....only 3-4 employees can be seen when i visit them and they r always chilling and are too slow
