I am new to Canada, and had a rough start to begin my career here. It was a breath of fresh air, when I stepped into HSBC and been assisted by a very outstanding team of customer relationship managers and tellers that assisted me in getting started right back on track for starting a career here in Canada. Thank you to the HSBC 150 Bloor St W branch. It was a pleasure to have been in service by your outstanding team!

Customer service is not that bad.

Worst service . Person name called Rohan ( I think so ) . He don't even know how to speak with customer. One of worst banking service in Canada.

An amazing place to work at. The people are very nice, inclusive, and intelligent. The working environment is excellent and dynamic.

Don't ever, ever...ever get a mortgage with these guys. If ever you want a line of credit, they will blackball you and make false claims about your credit history with them. An absolute joke, I will be re-writing mortgage with ANY other financial institution that values their customers.

Your Christmas lighting on the top three floors sucks.

Haven't really used the tellers in the branch here. No real need when you can do most transactions via ATM or online. Never had a long wait for the ATM which is nice!

The customer service at this branch is outstanding!! Even at the end of the month, they ensure that the line up moves as quickly as possible and are courtious to those who are not so patient! Wonderful staff and wide range of services for all needs.

Great location to serve downtown.
