Staff are consistent in acknowledging customer's concerns but, they are not always receptive in addressing them in a timely manner. Be patient especially when waiting for a Financial Advisor. Bring a book to read as it can be a long wait.

I am very please with the help for opening a CIBC Smart for Newcomers for my wife at this Crossroads branch. The young branch officer, Madhuri Singh, was very helpful and explained everything in details to us. I am very thankful to her because she spent more than an hour on opening s/a, cheque​ account, credit card, debit card and safety deposit box. This branch opens 7 days a week. Madhuri is a go-to branch officer at this branch if you ever need any banking needs. I am giving her a 10/10 for today's performance.

One of the many banks in the area, however the other banks offer more convenient and longer hours.

This TD usually has a lineup but the staff are friendly and try to help any way they can.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, conveniently in a strip plaza with plenty of parking, during the off-hours this branch has Instabank machine.

Unusually happy and service oriented employees. I find the atmosphere among the staff jovial and yet still professional. I get super service here. The entrance door is a bit hidden, as it's set back around the side. Parking is always plentiful at this plaza.
