Kirat one of the salesman was really polite and helpful his customer service was really awesome. He gave me the most affordable deal i could ever have at the reasonable price with the warranty of 4 years. i love the car and recommend everyone should consult them if you are searching for cars.

I seen a truck from the street so I went in and talked to Bob the sales guy it was a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter. It was listed for fair market value with low kilometers we cut a deal and asked him in the process if this truck had even been in an accident and he replied not to his knowledge. It took a while for him to get the insurance agent down to insure this after a couple of hours I drove the truck out of there. A few days later I gave the truck to my mechanic to do a full service on it he informed me that there were pieces that we not connected and the truck has been damaged before in the front end. He asked me if it was a ICBC rebuild. I said not to my knowledge. On Monday I contacted Bob and informed him that this truck had been in a bad accident and he said no it was not bad and he had pictures. Further to my investigation I noticed on the registration papers it was signed in as a rebuild. I told Bob I do not want this truck as it been a ICBC write off. I told him I spent $ 2200.00 on the truck on the tires and maintenance and I do not want a rebuild truck as I do not feel it's safe for my employees. I asked him to take the truck back and he said no I bought it and he was not taking it back. I said to him is there any kind of policy saying that you did not disclose this and basically after that all conversations were halted. I will be seeking legal action against this company. Please be careful if you deal there.

I'm not one to write reviews but I found them incredibly helpful when I was looking to buy a used car recently. I visited numerous dealerships in Surrey and Port Coquitlam, it was a soul sucking experience. The staff at Mainland Motors were the opposite of the stereotypical shady and pushy car salesman. They were easy to work with, honest, and gave me space to make a decision. When I took the car to a mechanic for a full inspection, Mainland Motors agreed to address every issue identified before I purchased the car. They even fixed a part a couple of months after I purchased the car! I would recommend them if you want a stress free and honest car shopping experience.

I had a problem with my Camaro car. It was showing a massage of reduced engine power and some other issues. The service center representative was nice and I have no problem at all with his handling of my concerns. He called me same day and explained what causing the problem and he provided me with cost estimate to fix the car which was around $800. He called 2nd day and said the car is ready. After I received the car I faced completely different problems which was not occured before. The car become terrible and I have to drive it back to the shop. After another diagnostic they claim that I need to change one sensor cost another $600. This not acceptable to me. Why this problem was not in the car and appear after repair? Why I lose 2 days from my time go back and forth? I think next time I should use different agent.

Bought my wife's car from this dealership. Best VW dealership in the lower mainland in my opinion. The staff here are all very nice.....unlike other VW dealerships I've been to where the staffs are usually snobbish. A real turn off when you're actually the one forking out thousands of dollars. Anyway, visit VW Whiterock and ask for Rob Smith. He's the one you wanna talk to 👌.

I can't praise Jake at New Leaf enough, he was passed our names after we purchased another car and found out that our credit score bought us into prime rate at last having moved to Canada only a few years previously. We wanted to re-finance our other car to get out of paying the much higher interest rate but owed more than the car was actually worth. Jake was able to hook us up with a great deal at a prime interest rate and we got a fantastic brand new truck :-). I would highly recommend.

Most of the car dealer brands are here. Very good, as anyone nearby who needs anything from a tire replacement, to an oil change can come here. Plenty of recognized car brands. Hyundai, Toyota, and Mazda are just some examples of what brands are present here.

I had a couple repairs done here and it was ok.... a few unexpected charges after a routine oil change (no, i certainly didn't want any new washer fluid at full price, thanks) but not a surprise at a mechanic shop. My beef is that he freaked out on a friend of mine on the phone when she dared to go to another shop that was closer to her work. Totem wrecked the bead seal on one set of tires but lost his s**t on the phone when she called him to ask him to help find her a new set. It was very unprofessional, and she was very upset. Not to mention that is was a mistake that he made that cost her over $550 bucks for a new set of tires. I mean, stuff happens, but you don't yell at a customer. Ever. His reputation around town is as a bit of a snap show. I won't be going back.
