Car Rental

Do not rent from them. If you do get a video walk around of the car in daylight. I brought back a car , the guy told me I was suspicious for asking him to do walk around. He came outside. Walked to the passenger side of the car, then walked to the front drivers bumper, got down on his knees , like he knew there was a scratch in that exact location! When we got the car it was dark and light snow. To see said scratch I would have to be on my knees to see it. Then he charged me 500$ to close the file. I called my insurance, they said if a claim was made, it would be 250$ deductible. My insurance and credit company told me to call the police.

Had a car rental with them, especially said I was 21. They did not update their Terms and Conditions online and did not make me aware of this. I arrive and am promptly told they can't rent me a car since imIunder 23 and leave me stranded. Had to return to the airport to rent with Hertz instead. Lady on the phone was also impatient when explaining how to get there. Don't recommend anyone to rent with them.

Amazing staff and really good prices. Would definitely recommend.

It is completely disheartening as to the false complaints I've read in some of the other reviews on here. It is impossible of there being any "hidden costs" or "unnoticed expenses". During my 12 passenger van rental, I was explained the expenses and fees I would be paying for my trip and had to initial on the agreement before proceeding any further. I'm sure this is standard practice with all of their customers.

12 seater van rental in Toronto was absolute car rental I ever had in my entire life. They provided me excellent services from the friendliness staff to proper vehicle cleaning. My experience was nothing less than the perfect. I highly recommend it.

Great and fast service. I received a great car with a great price. Overall it was a great experience.

Tried to call, got the automated voice saying "ARE YOU CALLING ABOUT A NEW RESERVATION?". Obviously I said "YES". "SORRY, RESPONSE NOT UNDERSTOOD...."....went around in circles 5 times before it kicked me out of the phone system. No way to press '0" to speak to a human. I am happy to remove this review if an actual human calls me. But your initial phone system is literally useless.

Very good place to rent a car. Very helpful, understanding and friendly service

We have rented car from Enterprise before and have always had a great experience. But this time they definitely deserve 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I had a car accident and my insurance company got me a rental car from Enterprise. The insurance company had assured that I would be able to have the rental until my car was fixed at the shop. My car was still at the work shop but the insurance company decided to clear their accounts with Enterprise after one month, without informing me. Enterprise promptly called me and gave me a heads up on what was happening. Since it was my first accident and I wasn’t aware of the dirty tactics insurances have, Enterprise representative was very cooperative and also guided me through the process. After two months when my car was finally ready for pick up. I went to Enterprise to drop off the car to find out that my insurance still hadn’t cleared their accounts as they had promised. Long story short instead of creating any more problems for me Enterprise representatives were very supportive and helped me in this situation. I truest recommend this Enterprise location to everyone as they have very high customer service standard.

I fly to Toronto several times in year and I always rent the car in Iversta. I consider that Iversta one of the best rental of the companies in GTA which has good row of cars and the excellent prices. For several years usually I contact to Alexander who is great professional and always kindly ready. Service always was excellent and I never had any problems with car rental in Iversta. Therefore I always recommend to my friends to take at arrival in GTA in rents cars in this company.

We highly recommend zoom for car rentals compared to any other competitors in the market. They have low rates and a variety of great cars. I have rented from them many times now and my experience has been very nice each time.Great work guys ..keep it up..

Great experience.they give me nice car.friendly staff

Hit or miss service. Received excellent service from Sal the first time I needed a rental under my insurance. The second time however, service was abysmal. Did not return my call at first. Confused my surname with another customer. Fine. Promised to take care of my rental for next Tuesday at noon. I call Tuesday morning. Nothing was reserved for me, and no one had contacted me as promised to finalize the details of the rental. Instead of letting me go elsewhere, Sal tells me he'll take care of it. He didn't. Ball dropped, twice. Total waste of time. Made alternate arrangements for the next day, after scheduling my day around this car exchange while my car is repaired.

Great rates and lower than other location but only thing is they have no passenger drop off service so if that's what you need as well.

My rental was delivered right to my doorstep while they dropped off my damaged car at the mechanics after my accident. The rental was brand new and super clean. They made the whole experience worry free by contacting my insurance company themselves so I didn't have to pay a penny. My rental car was even the same car that I drive! I recommend them to anyone who has been in an accident and needs a rental.

Worse company you can ever rent from, hes trying to keep $500 of my deposit for bs lies about getting the carpet shampooed, and when I got the car the seats were stained so bad it was gross, spoke to better business bureau and a lawyer and we will be serving him with papers to go to small claims court,if the money is not returned after 90 days

Very friendly staff, helped me immediately. As a female driver I was very afraid, it was my first time in a car accident . They answered to all my questions and gave me the car right the way. I recommend this company! Thank you for your service
